• Supports the Information Technology ERP, CRM and other enterprise applications, and team delivering excellence in service across incident management, environment and release management, projects, training, adoption, and oversight of 3rd party contractors within the assigned application domains (Oracle CRM). • Works closely with the business and IT leadership and partners, serving as an expert resource to leverage the ERP solution to support the organization. • Implement and manage processes and procedures required to ensure optimal systems configuration, implementation, upgrades, testing, and production success. • Collaborate with System Implementation Partners to build a scalable solution meeting AIR’s requirements and lead the strategy, planning, and design of an end-state blueprint for CRM + ERP system architecture, and the sequence of steps to get there. • Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their sales management, commission and sales execution processes, requirements, and pain points. • Develop functional designs and solutions that leverage Oracle Supply Chain modules to address business needs. • Configure Oracle Supply Chain applications based on the business requirements. • Develop and execute test plans to validate the functionality of the configured system. Ensure that the solution aligns with business requirements and industry best practices. • Collaborate with technical teams to define data migration strategies and oversee financial data migration from legacy systems to Oracle Fusion Financials. • Train end-users on effectively using the Oracle Fusion SC. Create user documentation and guides. • Provide post-implementation support to address user issues, troubleshoot problems, and ensure the system’s smooth operation. • Guide teams responsible for applications, integration, reporting & analytics how to simplify their landscape, reduce complexity and total cost of ownership, and increase agility to meet/exceed the business and financial goals of clients, and the company. • Serve as a primary escalation point for enterprise architecture, providing expert advice and solutions to complex issues. • Break down barriers of siloed thinking and local optimization of a single department or function, in favor of global, cross-functional, company-wide optimization.

• Engage with targeted, large enterprise prospects to identify suboptimal business processes and related pain points • Partner with the industry solution and account executive teams to better understand and address industry-specific and company challenges • Deliver customer-tailored, strategic, executive-level Board Platform and Solutions presentations and demonstrations that clearly convey Board's value proposition • Collaborate with the Sales Team to contribute to RFP/RFI completion, develop and execute compelling Board Solution Demos and Proof of Concepts/Value for prospects or existing customers • Support and cross-train teammates and partners in developing their knowledge of Board Solutions and subject matter expertise • Create product and solutions awareness in the marketplace through thought leadership and industry engagement • Ensure a strong technical fit between Board's SaaS and technical offerings and the client's analytical needs • Document and transition deal knowledge to ensure a successful handoff to the implementation team for all winning proposals

• Propose, design, and provision cloud-native data solutions on AWS/Azure. Leverage a deep understanding of Snowflake, IAM, S3, EC2, Kinesis, Sagemaker, Airflow, Kafka, Azure Data Factory, ADLS, Fivetran, Matillion, DBT, and/or other services and tools in designing and enhancing these solutions. • Lead a technical team operating and managing modern data platforms - from streaming, to data lakes, to analytics, and beyond across a progressively evolving technical stack. • Provide clear ownership of multiple simultaneous customer accounts across a variety of technical stacks as the technical leader. • Skillfully navigate complex customer environments and build Epics, Stories, and Tasks in order to mature and improve our customers’ data platform. Delegate to and coach Engineers and ensure the successful and timely delivery of these Epics. • Provide thought leadership by recommending the right technologies and approaches to maturing and solving problems to help ensure performance, security, scalability, and user satisfaction. • Lead discussions and contribute to design recommendations for data model design for Data Warehouses and Data Lakes. • Continually hunt for ways to automate, optimize, and expand our customers’ data platform and our service offering.
