• The Psychotherapy Supervisor provides clinical social work services with robust psychotherapy treatment modalities to patients through a primarily telehealth environment. • The Supervisor will maintain an average weekly patient standard. • Leading a supportive and collaborative weekly supervision group of psychotherapists to mentor, co-sign when needed, provide training, and monitor performance. • Attend twice-monthly meetings to provide feedback on supervisee performance and to receive ongoing supervision and support. • Work more closely with clinical leadership in developing training, program, and resource development, and feedback when available.
Job Requirements
- Active New York State License (LCSW)
- Certifications in specific modalities (e.g., CBT, DBT, EMDR) are a plus.
- Master's in Social Work or a Master's Degree in Mental Health Counseling, Counseling Psychology, Clinical Psychology, or a related graduate degree
- Five (5)+ years of psychotherapy experience across a wide range of modalities and diverse patient populations and diagnoses
- At least (1) one year of Clinical Supervisor experience
- Use of psychotherapy modalities for individuals, couples or other niche patient populations preferred
- Experience working with Patients in an Outpatient setting
- Confidently and efficiently document concurrently within patient sessions
- Effectively support a remote-first team with active engagement and positive outcomes

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES: - Sales Execution and Market Development: Responsible for the sale and promotion of the MICRA leadless product line and other innovative technologies. Post site activation, develops, executes, collaborates, and strategizes with sales leaders and field reps in achieving sales targets and implementing business plans. Ensure proper opportunity management through documentation using MPower (Salesforce). - Technical and Clinical Expertise: In close collaboration with technical field team (TFEs) this role provides clinical expertise for implanting centers, ensuring the advancement of site activation process and requirement completion, indication awareness, and providing technical support in accordance with the instructions for use, and best practices to facilitate procedural consistency and best clinical outcomes. - Educational Support: Provide support in close collaboration with TFEs for site performance and to facilitate safe growth.
