Title: Proposal Manager Location: Rock Hill, SC Posted: 6/3/2026 Remote Job ID#:1183 Job Description: Position Summary The Proposal Manager leads the development, coordination, and delivery of high‑quality proposals that support growth across our nationwide mechanical and electrical maintenance and capital construction portfolio. This role manages the full proposal lifecycle-from opportunity qualification through submission-ensuring compliance, accuracy, and compelling positioning. The Proposal Manager partners with BD, Operations, Estimating, Safety, Finance, and Executive leadership to deliver proposals that reflect our technical capabilities, safety culture, and customer focus. Key Responsibilities - Manage the full proposal process for RFPs, RFQs, RFIs, prequalification packages, and renewals. - Identify all RFP/RFQ requirements and determine necessary content for proposal inclusion. - Form and lead cross‑functional proposal teams with representatives from Contracts, Finance, business line leadership, Safety, and other SMEs. - Draft proposal documents using templates, RFP/RFQ specifications, and SME inputs. - Obtain timely contributions from team members, including pricing, estimating, T&C reviews, assumptions, and client/division responsibilities. - Lead proposal strategy sessions to establish themes, differentiators, and client‑focused value propositions. - Develop proposal outlines, schedules, compliance matrices, and workback plans. - Coordinate final review processes and incorporate edits from the review team. - Obtain senior management approval prior to submission. - Write, edit, and format proposal content to ensure clarity, accuracy, and consistency. - Coordinate development of graphics such as org charts, process flows, and project sheets. - Maintain a library of standard proposal content, project profiles, resumes, templates, and certifications. - Support the BD team with presentations, capability statements, and pursuit materials. - Manage multiple concurrent proposals in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment. Qualifications - Minimum of 3 years of experience in power generation, Department of Defense (DOD), or industrial proposal preparation or client proposal review. - Minimum of 5 years total experience in the power, DOD, and/or industrial sectors. - Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Construction Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience). - Excellent oral and written communication skills. - Solid proficiency in Microsoft Office, Adobe tools, and commercially available AI software used for productivity and content support. - Demonstrated ability to manage multiple assignments and deliver high‑quality, first‑pass results within required deadlines. - Proven ability to lead complex, multi‑disciplinary proposal efforts. - Highly organized and detail‑oriented with strong time‑management skills. Staff Accountant Location: Rock Hill United States Job Description: Job Summary We're seeking an energetic, growth‑minded Staff Accountant to support day‑to‑day accounting operations and play a key role in our expanding organization. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys hands‑on accounting work and wants to develop into a more senior role as our business continues to scale. Key Responsibilities Cost Accounting & Operational Support - Assist in cost accounting activities including cost tracking, variance analysis, and cost allocation - Review, validate, and import high‑volume vendor transactions from our vendor management system into NetSuite - Ensure accurate coding and cost capture across departments and projects - Maintain general ledger accuracy with complete and organized supporting documentation - Support vendor‑related accounting, accounts payable processes, and spend oversight Daily Accounting Operations - Prepare and post routine and recurring journal entries - Pull payroll reports and prepare payroll‑related journal entries - Support bank, credit card, and balance sheet reconciliations - Help maintain accounting data integrity across systems Month-End Close & Reporting - Assist with month‑end and year‑end close activities - Prepare account reconciliations, schedules, and supporting analyses - Investigate discrepancies, identify root causes, and propose solutions - Support internal and external audit requests with timely, accurate documentation Growth & Development Opportunities - Take increasing ownership of accounting processes as proficiency develops - Partner closely with senior accounting leadership on process improvements - Assist with NetSuite enhancements and workflow optimizations - Learn to analyze account activity, summarize findings, and explain key variances - Contribute to documenting, refining, and enhancing accounting procedures - Mentor or review work of clerical staff or interns as skills grow Preferred Qualifications - Degree in accounting, finance or equivalent - 2-4 years of accounting experience, ideally with cost accounting exposure - NetSuite experience strongly preferred - Experience with RAMP or other vendor management systems a plus - Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and problem‑solving abilities - Comfortable in a fast‑paced environment with evolving responsibilities - A positive, energetic attitude with a desire to learn, grow, and take on more ownership Work Environment & Physical Requirements - Fully remote role with occasional travel to the corporate office as needed for training, team collaboration, or key projects - Primarily consists of sedentary work with prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on computer or using telephone - Frequent sitting, talking, hearing and repetitive motions - Walking, standing, reaching, pushing, pulling, lifting, required occasionally - Close visual acuity to perform an activity such as preparing and analyzing data and figures; transcribing; viewing a computer screen; expansive reading; visual inspection involving small effects, small parts and or operation of office equipment at distances close to the eyes - Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
