Role Description We're seeking a Senior Information Security Analyst to join our team and play a key role in protecting our information assets, strengthening our security posture, and helping the organization stay ahead of evolving cyber threats. This individual will partner across the business to identify risks, enhance security controls, and support a secure, scalable environment as we continue to grow. How You’ll Make an Impact: - Act as primary contact for SOC II Audit, Security Risk Assessment, and Penetration Testing. - Create and maintain security policies and standards to meet HITRUST, HIPAA and SOC II requirements. - Manage, maintain, and review security policy, documentation, and auditing. - Manage the process of submitting customers’ security information and audit questionnaires. - Serves as a part of the Networks Operation team for technology and security support. - Educates staff on security requirements and best practices. - Collaborates with leadership on the development of security policies. - Works with staff, business partners, and leadership to help them understand potential application security risks and mitigation. - Stays connected with industry best practices and vendor-specific application methodologies. Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field or equivalent work experience in lieu of a degree is required. - 8+ years of information security, cybersecurity, or IT experience required. - 3+ years in a senior security engineering or analyst role preferred. - CISSP, CISM, GIAC, or equivalent security certification strongly preferred. - Experience in HIPAA, SOC II, and NIST controls. - Direct experience with anti-virus software, intrusion detection, firewalls, and content filtering. - Knowledge of risk assessment tools, technologies, and methods. - Experience designing secure networks, systems, and application architectures. - Knowledge of disaster recovery, computer forensic tools, technologies, and methodology. - Experience planning, researching, and developing security policies, standards and procedures. - Professional experience in a system administration role supporting multiple platforms and applications. - Ability to communicate network security issues to peers and management. - Ability to read and use the results of mobile code, malicious code, and anti-virus software. How You'll Make an Impact: - Deliver a high-quality client experience by serving as the primary point of contact for support inquiries and issue resolution. - Resolve client complaints and troubleshoot product issues via phone, email, and support cases. - Submit, assign, and manage support cases, ensuring timely follow-up and clear communication with clients. - Monitor the support portal and keep clients informed on the status and resolution of their cases. - Prioritize incoming requests effectively to meet service level expectations and business needs. - Guide clients through solutions, particularly in cases of user error or knowledge gaps. - Handle high volumes of calls and support tickets using internal systems and tools. - Collaborate with team leads and cross-functional partners to ensure consistent, high-quality customer service. - Accurately document and manage call and email records within the support portal. - Route or transfer clients to the appropriate internal departments when needed. - Escalate high-priority issues to the support team to ensure rapid resolution. - Conduct basic issue research and troubleshooting prior to case assignment. - Provide web portal training and ongoing support to clients. - Communicate case resolution clearly and effectively to clients. - Perform other duties as assigned. Your Role at Relatient We’re seeking a Client Implementation Manager to join our team. This role has a preference to be located in the Greater Atlanta Metro, but a fully remote candidate will be considered with the right skillset. How You'll Make an Impact: Client Project Management - Partner with clients to define success goals and launch plans. - Kickoff onboarding of a client’s adoption of Dash platform. - Oversee the implementation of Dash platform through development and maintenance of project plans, status, dependencies and risks. - Work cross-functionally across geographically dispersed internal teams to resolve complex issues within designated time frames. Solutions Design - Work across internal teams and with clients to understand clients' existing patient access workflows, gather their requirements and document scope of implementation. - Design workflows in Dash platform to meet client’s business requirements. - Capture design in formats clearly understood by internal (configuration and support) teams and client stakeholders. - Partner with internal and client teams in configuring, building and testing Dash platform to ensure client’s workflows are adequately addressed. Process Improvement - Establish process for intake of new onboarding projects from clients. - Apply and reinforce clients’ standards for onboarding during every new specialty or market rollout. - Ensure there is clear reporting on all ongoing projects for assigned clients. - Assist assigned other Implementation Managers in seamless execution of their projects. What You Bring: - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field. - 6+ years in onboarding in SaaS and ideally 3+ years in the healthcare domain. - Strong analytic skills and demonstrated ability to think critically. (Hands-on SQL experience is preferred; but not required). - Excellent people skills and ability to engage a broad set of stakeholders. - Demonstrated ability to manage multiple complex projects or clients simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail. - Excellent communication and executive presence — you can lead a room and drive alignment both internally and externally. - Deep understanding of client lifecycle metrics and how to use them to drive outcomes. - Familiarity with tools like Salesforce, HubSpot, Jira, Confluence, and Power BI. - Bonus: PMP, CCSM, or similar certification.
