• Co-creating and leading the new startup • Crafting the long-term vision and strategy of the company • Leading the product development process in collaboration with engineering, AI, and healthcare design teams • Stimulating revenue growth through sales strategies, partnerships, and expansion to new markets • Building and leading a high-performing founding team • Monitoring technological and market trends related to AI, automation, and the future of healthcare and medtech • Managing the operational and financial aspects of the company • Representing the startup in discussions with investors, healthcare institutions, and ecosystem partners.
Job Requirements
- At least 3+ years of proven track record of leadership experience in a startup environment
- At least 3+ years of experience in healthcare or medtech
- Experience building projects, products, or startups from scratch
- Strong understanding of current technology and AI trends in the context of healthcare and medtech
- Entrepreneurial mindset and strong ownership attitude
- Proven ability to identify market opportunities and translate them into product or business ideas
- Strong networking and business development capabilities within the health or medtech sector
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to operate effectively in fast-paced, early-stage environments
- Knowledge of project management and process design
- C1+ level of spoken and written English
- C1+ level of spoken and written Polish.
