Role Description As a Construction/ Architect Analyst - AI Evaluation Team at REAL, you will work hands-on with real estate, construction, and asset-related data, turning complex source materials into structured, high-quality inputs that power our platform. This is a highly operational role with a strong analytical component. You will work closely with lease agreements, property documents, construction-related materials, plans, budgets, reports, and asset data, primarily within the U.S. commercial real estate market. The role is ideal for someone with a background in U.S. commercial real estate, construction analysis, development, property management, or PropTech who enjoys working with documents, data, and details, and can help make messy information structured, accurate, and scalable. What You'll Do - Review and process real estate and construction-related documents, including leases, property data, plans, reports, budgets, and project materials - Extract key data points from contracts, property documents, and construction-related sources into structured systems - Work with U.S. commercial real estate, property, construction, and asset-management terminology - Clean, organize, and validate large volumes of data - Identify inconsistencies, missing information, anomalies, and document gaps, and help resolve them - Analyze construction and property-related inputs to support accurate data structuring and evaluation - Work closely with internal teams to ensure data is accurate, consistent, and aligned with product needs - Support onboarding of new customer data into the system - Maintain high data quality and accuracy standards - Improve internal workflows and data handling processes over time - Gradually build deeper domain expertise in real estate, construction, and customer use cases Qualifications - 2-4 years of experience in U.S. commercial real estate, construction analysis, property management, development, or PropTech - Experience working with property documents, construction documents, leases, contracts, budgets, reports, or plans - Background in CRE, development, construction, architecture, asset management, property management, or operations roles involving construction plans, lease data, and/or financial data — strong advantage - Native-level English — must; ability to read, write, and understand professional documents, contracts, reports, and technical materials in English - Strong attention to detail and ability to work with high accuracy - Comfortable working with data; Excel / Google Sheets required - Analytical mindset and ability to identify issues, gaps, and inconsistencies in data - Ability to work independently and handle operational tasks at scale - Strong sense of ownership and responsibility - Technical curiosity and willingness to work with data systems and AI-driven workflows - Good communication skills and ability to collaborate with different teams
