• Manage Company Owned and Franchisee stores across the assigned region • Drive revenue growth and profitability by ensuring strong front-end retail execution • Build and maintain strong relationships with franchise partners to ensure alignment, profitability, and expansion • Ensure financial discipline across partner stores, including deposits and timely sales collections as per company standards • Lead store operations directly and manage Area/Cluster Managers and Store Managers for effective execution • Drive business development, including opening profitable stores and upgrading existing stores (better locations / larger formats) • Ensure all stores operate as per PUMA brand and operational standards • Drive sales growth and achievement of KPIs across all stores • Maximize store productivity and revenue from existing markets • Identify and execute business development opportunities including new stores and market expansion • Ensure effective OPEX control across stores, including rent negotiations and cost optimization to improve overall profitability • Ensure strong execution of promotions, discounts, and retail initiatives • Maintain strong partner/franchisee/Mall/Landlords relationships for long-term business growth • Ensure adherence to financial norms, including partner deposits and sales collection timelines • Drive partner profitability and sustainable expansion • Ensure smooth store operations across all locations • Maintain optimal manpower and recruitment of store managers in coordination with HR • Ensure inventory availability as per business requirements • Lead execution of store initiatives, VM standards, and customer experience • Benchmark stores against relevant competition in sales and market positioning • Stay updated on market trends, competitor strategies, and retail innovations • Drive institutional tie-ups and local business opportunities • Lead, coach, and develop store managers and Area/Cluster Managers • Provide strong on-ground leadership and performance management

• Own day-to-day inbound logistics execution from gate-in to dock-to-stock. • Ensure accurate receiving, quality checks, GRN posting, labeling, and put-away in line with SOPs, safety, and TAT/accuracy SLAs. • Coordinate vehicle/dock scheduling with transport partners and security. • Supervise unloading; perform count & visual checks (damage, seal integrity, batch/lot, MRP, expiry/FEFO). • Raise shortage/damage and escalate discrepancies promptly. • Verify and reconcile PO / ASN / Delivery Note / Invoice before posting. • Post GRN in WMS/ERP within SLA; capture variances and remarks. • Ensure items are labeled, palletized, and barcoded as per standards for put-away. • Execute scan-based put-away to system-directed bins. • Support daily stock reconciliations and variance justifications. • Maintain accurate records for audits; coordinate with Finance for Goods Receipt support and document completeness. • Liaise with factory, sourcing, transporters, QA, PO, SAP, LEA and Planning, to resolve inbound issues. • Provide timely updates on delays, damages, and escalations to the Warehouse Manager. • Publish daily inbound MIS: receipts vs plan, dock-to-stock time, GRN TAT, damages, and accuracy. • Suggest and support small kaizens in receiving, staging, and put-away to reduce TAT/costs and improve accuracy.
