We support rollout programs for brands like J.Crew, Solidcore, and Hibbett Sports, as well as major data center buildouts, EV charging networks, and other commercial projects. Qualifications - Proven experience in sourcing and talent research — ideally at a startup or fast-moving team. - Creative and resourceful in finding and engaging hard-to-reach talent. - Organized and self-motivated — you know how to hit volume goals without sacrificing quality. - Excellent written communication skills for clear, compelling outreach. - Comfortable using recruiting technology to manage the sourcing and screening processes. Requirements - Market Mapping: Research and identify target talent pools for priority roles in close partnership with the Pulley team. - Prospecting & List Building: Creatively build targeted prospect lists and identify best-fit talent for open roles. - Sourcing Outreach: Execute personalized outreach campaigns across multiple channels to engage passive talent. - Preliminary Screening: Conduct initial screens to assess fit and interest before moving qualified candidates to next stages.

• Keep a current view of your account's full project portfolio — not to manage individual projects, but to represent the program confidently, catch patterns early, and keep everyone aligned • Be the go-to contact for decision-makers throughout the account. Build trust through consistent, proactive communication. Lead regular check-ins and monthly account reviews, and partner with the Account Executive on QBRs and renewals. When needed, represent the customer in city and AHJ meetings alongside our Permit Ops team • As the account grows, onboard new stakeholders on both sides — training new members of the customer's team and bringing in outside collaborators like architects and engineers of record • Act as the internal voice of the customer. Turn what you're hearing from the account into clear, useful input for Regional Leads, Head of Permitting, Operations, Product, or Sales. Help unblock issues only the customer relationship can solve, and push for process improvements that make the program work better for everyone

Role Description Pulley is hiring licensed architects and engineers to review commercial plan sets and produce structured IBC code compliance findings across egress, fire-resistance, accessibility, structural, and MEP and other disciplines. Qualifications - A licensed or credentialed specialist: RA, PE/SE, FPE, CASp, or ICC specialty certification (Accessibility, Fire, Structural, or Energy Plans Examiner; MCP). - 15+ years experience in commercial construction and robust skills in plans coordination, review and QA/QC. - OR: ICC Certified Building, Combination, or Fire Plans Examiner — or Master Code Professional (or equivalent). - 10+ years of commercial experience, with 5+ years of commercial plan review at an AHJ or third-party review firm (SAFEbuilt, Interwest, Willdan, NV5, CSG, or similar). - (Plus) CASp certification or CA/FL code experience (CBC, Title 24, FBC). - (Plus) Prior third-party or peer review work for jurisdictions. Requirements - 15+ years commercial experience and extensive, hands-on QA/QC, permit/correction-letter experience required. - Comfort reviewing plans on screen in a web app is essential. - OR, 10+ years commercial experience and extensive, hands-on permit/correction-letter experience required. - ICC certification (Building/Combination/Fire Plans Examiner or MCP) or equivalent is required.
