• Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive translation revenue growth. • Utilize a consultative sales approach to communicate an executive-level vision of how Propio’s solutions deliver value, demonstrate strong commercial acumen, understand client business needs, and align services to address those needs. • Prepare and develop customer tender documents and RFP responses, ensuring clear scope definition, realistic expectations, and successful bid outcomes. • Engage prospects and clients quickly to assess requirements and uncover potential opportunities. • Conduct meetings and deliver tailored solution presentations, including detailed project plans and cost estimates. • Stay informed of industry trends, market dynamics, and competitive activity to support business growth and strategy. • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of products, services, and the broader industry landscape. • Consistently meet or exceed established sales targets and performance goals. • Collaborate cross-functionally to close opportunities and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. • Perform additional duties as reasonably assigned.
Job Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in the translation and localization industry preferred.
- Experience selling into the healthcare vertical is preferred.
- Proven track record of consistently achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Proven experience in the full sales life cycle (lead generation to business closing) of large, corporate, long-term deals.
