They serve as a vital link between residents and services, creating value through targeted initiatives that address community needs. This role requires an innovative, proactive individual who excels in an autonomous environment, driving positive long-term outcomes through an understanding of the communities in which they serve. What you'll do - Implement core programs and services, which include connecting, engaging, and empowering residents across four initiatives: Economic Stability, Education for Youth & Families, Health & Wellness, and Community Building. - Conduct outreach and survey resident needs through community engagement aligned with our four pillars. - Coordinate and oversee an after-school program and teen program encompassing homework assistance and educational enrichment activities. - Independently plan, prepare, and facilitate resident-facing workshops and group sessions. When external partners are unavailable, deliver core topics directly to maintain consistency and resident engagement. - Develop & maintain partnerships with local providers to deliver services and workshops. - Plan & facilitate community-building events that foster safe and meaningful relationships between community members. - Provide residents with information & referrals to access community resources and services, specifically connecting residents with nonprofit partners who deliver services within our four pillars framework. - Support food distribution needs in the community, including maintaining food bank partnerships and distribution management. - Develop and maintain strong relationships with the property management team, scheduling regular communication sessions. - Organize and conduct monthly outreach requirements including door-to-door outreach, digital/virtual outreach, and physical presence in high-traffic locations. - Recruit, select, train, and oversee volunteers and interns who support programming at the Resource Center. - Use personal automobile to acquire program supplies and donations and attend offsite meetings (mileage reimbursed at IRS rate). - Publish monthly newsletters and calendar of events. - Collect & submit program outcomes data with emphasis on social impact data collection to measure outcomes within our four pillars. - Provide input and adhere to budgets for resident service programs, including authority to utilize funds for contractors when needed. What you'll bring - Bilingual English/Spanish required - Experience in community outreach, resident services, social services, education, youth programming, multifamily housing, or a related field preferred; equivalent lived, volunteer, or community-based experience may also be considered. - Demonstrated ability to build relationships, engage residents, and conduct proactive outreach in a community-based setting. - Strong work ethic, reliability, and willingness to take initiative in a role that requires independence, follow-through, and consistent resident engagement. - Experience or comfort working with youth, families, older adults, and diverse populations. - Commitment to creating a welcoming, inclusive, and supportive environment for residents. - Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Human Services, Education, Community Development, or a related field preferred, but not required. - Proficient with MS Office (Excel, Word, Publisher, Outlook). Basic with Adobe Acrobat, Canva, Salesforce, Concur. - The physical activity of this position includes minimal bending, walking, kneeling, reaching, and step climbing. Able to lift up to 30 pounds, which includes boxes of food for a supplemental food distribution program. Business Development Account Manager

• Serve as primary point of contact for all existing clients, building trusted relationships that drive long-term retention • Conduct quarterly business reviews and proactively monitor account health through check-ins, surveys, and performance metrics • Identify early warning signs of potential churn and implement immediate intervention strategies to maintain 90%+ retention rates • Track client satisfaction scores, lifetime value, and engagement metrics while anticipating needs before issues escalate • Lead de-escalation and resolution of all customer service issues, acting as the client advocate and central coordination point between clients and internal departments • Establish clear issue resolution protocols with defined response times; handle day-to-day communications with urgency and professionalism • Identify systemic issues affecting multiple clients and work with leadership to implement permanent solutions • Document concerns, resolutions, and lessons learned; coordinate cross-functional teams for complex issues • Execute seamless handoffs from Business Development to program delivery teams with standardized onboarding processes • Monitor 30/60/90-day milestones to guarantee successful program launches with early wins • Identify service expansion opportunities within existing partnerships; collaborate with Director of Business Development on data-supported growth strategies • Coordinate contract renewals, COIs, and negotiations; organize client appreciation events and investor meetings • Qualify incoming leads through market research and discovery conversations; support initial discovery calls to understand deals and customer journey • Prepare detailed prospect profiles, needs assessments, and customized presentations with case studies and ROI models; draw on experience with proposal development to craft compelling, mission-aligned narratives for prospective partners • Support the preparation and coordination of partnership proposals • Maintain CRM systems and generate pipeline reports tracking conversion rates and opportunity status • Coordinate site visits for prospects and compliance reviews; facilitate reference calls and maintain database of client success stories • Research ESG investment and housing trends in target markets; analyze competitor offerings and policy changes creating new prospects • Prepare reports and dashboards on client satisfaction scores, program outcomes, ROI, and social impact metrics • Provide data-driven insights to refine client success and retention strategies. • Performs other related duties to benefit the mission of the organization

The opportunity The Fundraising Coordinator plays a key support role in advancing Project Access’s Fund Development department and assists with a broad range of development activities including donor database maintenance, gift processing and acknowledgment, mass mailing coordination, special event support, and volunteer and donor stewardship. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about building relationships that sustain community impact.
