Role Description The Key Account Manager (KAM) – EMEA is responsible for building, retaining, and expanding relationships with ProFarm's highest-value clients across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. This remote, Europe-based role serves as the primary point of contact for major accounts, driving strategic growth while ensuring seamless cross-functional delivery of solutions. Key Responsibilities - Relationship Management: Act as the primary, trusted point of contact for major clients, preventing churn and proactively mitigating client escalations or complaints. - Strategic Growth: Identify opportunities for up-selling and cross-selling products and services that align with clients' long-term objectives. - Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate with internal departments — marketing, product development, logistics, and finance — to ensure seamless delivery of solutions and timely fulfillment of client needs. - Sales & Revenue Tracking: Manage client budgets, negotiate contract terms, and oversee account profitability. - Data Analysis & Reporting: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and use metrics to prepare regular progress reports and forecasts for clients and internal stakeholders. Qualifications - Minimum 8 years of experience in the agriculture industry, including at least 5 years as a large strategic/key account manager. - Bachelor's degree in Agricultural Business, Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field. - Exceptional presentation, networking, and interpersonal skills. - Comfort interpreting data and using sales dashboards and reporting tools. - Demonstrated track record of resolving complex problems and successfully negotiating contracts. - Entrepreneurial mindset, agility, and out-of-the-box thinking. - Strong team orientation and willingness to collaborate cooperatively. - Open and honest communicator who respects diverse views and minimizes internal politics. - Committed to a culture of accountability, continuous learning, coaching, and mentoring. Requirements - Based in Europe, with ability to work remotely and travel as needed across the EMEA region. Benefits - Salary: €90,000 to €110,000. - Remote, Europe. - Standard benefits.
Regional Account Manager

Role Description ProFarm is seeking a dynamic and highly motivated Regional Account Manager (RAM) to drive sales growth and strengthen strategic relationships within a defined geographic region. This role includes targeted account oversight, offering a unique opportunity to deepen ProFarm’s influence across key stakeholders in the agricultural retail ecosystem as well as B2B account and project management. The successful candidate will be responsible for growing sales of ProFarm's innovative biological and crop protection platforms while building long-term partnerships with regional decision-makers and mid-level management leaders across distribution, private brands, and retail networks. - Own sales performance and growth targets for assigned customers - Manage the sales cycle from demand generation through fulfillment and support - Build strong relationships with mid-level management of assigned accounts - Execute product positioning and local market development activities - Manage B2B relationships and projects with 1-3 accounts - Maintain CRM data, manage forecasts, and report pipeline activity - Serve as the primary relationship lead for 1–2 prioritized accounts within the region - Engage with Area Managers, Private Brand Leads, and Retail Leadership to identify growth levers - Align ProFarm product and platform solutions with strategic objectives of partner accounts - Collaborate cross-functionally (Marketing, Tech Services, Product Management) to tailor engagement plans - Influence mid-level management to support regional adoption and execution - Drive adoption of ProFarm's product platforms through direct and indirect sales channels - Cultivate multi-level relationships within the customer organization (from field staff to middle management) - Capture and communicate market intelligence, product feedback, and competitive insights - Other duties as assigned. Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Agronomy, Business, Ag Economics or related field; advanced degree a plus - Minimum 10+ years of sales or account management experience in agriculture - Strong understanding of crop inputs, biologicals, and/or ag retail distribution networks - Proven ability to balance tactical execution with strategic relationship building - Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills - Self-starter with ability to work independently and manage complex territories Requirements - Travel up to 30% expected; Mix of road and air travel within the assigned geography.
