Web Manager Department: Marketing Employment Type: Full Time Location: Remote Description Portnox is a fast-growing, cloud-native cybersecurity company on a mission to simplify zero trust security for organizations of all sizes. We're looking for a motivated Web Manager to join our marketing team and take ownership of www.portnox.com — building a high-performing, visually polished, and conversion-optimized web presence that supports our continued growth into the enterprise market. This is a great opportunity for a web professional who is hands-on with both design and development, passionate about performance and user experience, and eager to grow their career at a high-velocity company. About the Role: Reporting to the VP of Product Marketing, you will be the primary owner of our website — responsible for its design, development, performance, and day-to-day operations. You will work cross-functionally with product marketing, demand generation, and design to ensure the site reflects our brand, supports our pipeline goals, and delivers a best-in-class user experience across all devices. Key Responsibilities Design & UX - Own the look, feel, and layout of the site — clean, on-brand, and optimized for conversion. - Build and iterate on pages with a mobile-first mindset across all screen sizes and devices. - Partner with marketing on landing pages, product pages, and campaign assets. Development & Technical Management - Build and maintain pages using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and WordPress. - Manage plugins, integrations, and third-party tools with an eye on performance and security. - Resolve technical issues — broken links, slow load times, cross-browser bugs — proactively. SEO & Performance - Execute on-page and technical SEO: schema markup, meta tags, URL structure, Core Web Vitals. - Collaborate with content and PMM teams to ensure pages are structured for search visibility. - Monitor and improve site speed using PageSpeed Insights, GTmetrix, or Lighthouse. AI & Emerging Technologies - Optimize content structure for AI-driven search (Google SGE, Perplexity, ChatGPT search). - Use AI tools to accelerate production — copy, imagery, A/B testing, CRO analysis. Analytics & Reporting - Own conversion rate optimization (CRO) as a core deliverable — continuously testing and improving CTAs, page layouts, and user flows to drive pipeline. - Run A/B tests and translate data into concrete site improvements. - Track and report on traffic, engagement, and conversions via GA4 and Google Search Console. Skills, Knowledge, and Expertise - 2–4 years in website management or web development. - Solid HTML, CSS, and JavaScript skills — not just drag-and-drop. - WordPress experience including theme customization and plugin management. - Mobile-first design fluency and a strong eye for visual detail. - Working knowledge of SEO fundamentals and web analytics tools. - Nice to have: Figma, React/Vue, Webflow, B2B tech experience, or AEO familiarity. Why Join Us - Opportunity to make a significant impact on the operations of the company. - Collaborative and dynamic work environment with opportunities for professional growth and development. - Competitive compensation and benefits package.
