DevOps Engineer

• Design, deploy, and maintain cloud infrastructure across AWS and GCP • Implement and manage continuous integration/continuous deployment pipelines • Automate infrastructure provisioning and application deployments using Terraform • Monitor cloud infrastructure and applications to ensure high availability and performance • Work closely with developers and operations teams for smooth release cycles • Implement security best practices for managing AWS and GCP resources • Respond to system outages or issues • Maintain clear documentation on infrastructure, processes, and procedures
Job Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in DevOps
- At least 3 years working specifically with AWS services
- Direct hands-on experience supporting GCP infrastructure and services
- Familiarity with Azure fundamentals
- Solid knowledge of AWS services
- Strong hands-on experience with GCP services
- Practical understanding of Microsoft Azure core services and concepts
- Expert level on Terraform
- Strong experience in building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines
- Expert level of GitHub Actions
- Proficiency in at least one scripting language such as Python, Bash, or Ruby
- Solid knowledge with monitoring and alerting tools across AWS and GCP
- Familiarity with Azure Monitor and Log Analytics
- Experience with Git, GitHub, GitLab, or Bitbucket
- Solid knowledge with Docker and Kubernetes for containerized applications
- Strong understanding of AWS and GCP cloud security principles
- Excellent troubleshooting and debugging skills.

The Kids' Achieving Progress (KAP) program is an afterschool program that helps empower youth to make positive life choices that enable them to maximize their potential. Under the general direction of the Program Coordinator, the Site Supervisor is responsible for planning and supervising the daily operations at the daily site. Staff and volunteers provide academic/social support to youth ages 9-14.
