• Develop programs and content for events with the Director, Global Events & Symposium Content by reviewing advisory board meeting notes on speaker and content recommendations, and speaking proposal assessments. • Manage speaking proposals, facilitate selection of speakers and topics, and extend invitations to participate. • Co-ordinate the various event requirements pertaining to speakers, from invitation acceptance to event completion. • Oversee all speaker participant correspondence and follow up. • Act as a primary point of contact for speakers throughout their engagement, addressing any changes or issues as they arise. • Assist with onsite event management including full session run of show, stage management, speaker audio/visual needs, and special presentations. • Maintain a comprehensive and up-to-date database of potential and confirmed speakers, including contact details, agreements, and communication. • Working closely with the marketing function, developing program literature and publications, speaker guideline packages, updating website content, asset creation, and creating signage for conferences and events as applicable. • Proactively use technology tools and systems to manage the process, including Microsoft Office, client relationship management program (CRM), AdobeSign, and other software tools as appropriate. • Manage the tracking and planning sheet and collect speaker details, including speaker release forms, registration, and slides where applicable. • Ensure speakers receive next steps communication once they have confirmed participation. • Conduct necessary follow ups. • Ensure all speakers receive calendar invites to and provide the marketing team with speaker list for ‘Thank-you’ letters. • Manage session asset creation and delivery to speakers. • Coordinate and schedule regional advisory board and committee meetings. • Arrange introduction meetings for new board and committee members. • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to prepare and distribute agendas for each committee meeting. • Gather and maintain up-to-date information on all committee members. • Maintain advisory board and committee related trackers, team communications, and email distribution lists. • Review website and other public-facing materials for accuracy regarding board and committee representation. • Document and maintain a detailed blueprint for the role, to enable others to learn the role as required.
• Proactively engage and follow up with warm leads from marketing events, website inquiries, vendor partners, and trade shows. • Position and promote Macnica’s portfolio of image sensors, semiconductors, SoMs, SBCs, display solutions, engineering services, and more. • Qualify customer opportunities through thoughtful discovery and probing techniques. • Identify customer challenges and recommend tailored sensor-to-solution offerings that include components, design support, and integrated products. • Build strong technical and business relationships with prospective customers in key verticals. • Manage a defined geographic territory, contributing to pipeline growth and revenue goals. • Support and augment Field Sales Representatives by stepping into FAE (Field Applications Engineer) roles as needed to ensure comprehensive technical coverage. • Collaborate with internal teams including Field Application Engineers, Solutions Architects, and Product Management to drive opportunities from discovery to close. • Maintain detailed customer engagement and opportunity records within Microsoft Dynamics CRM. • Represent Macnica Americas at key events, trade shows, and customer visits (10–25% travel).
• Communicating with clients by phone, through email and face-to-face to ensure their needs are understood and addressed. • Building strong client relationships to maintain old business and acquire new customers. • Conduct high level technical discussions with engineering to increase new opportunities. • Can obtain program information from a customer to manage production pipe line (supply & demand) or new business opportunity. • Collaborating with various internal departments to ensure they fulfill all customer requests. • Resolving complaints and keeping track of all processes that pertain to the client’s desires. • Acting as the client’s representative in a firm to ensure their demands are met with a focus on improving the customer experience. • Collecting and analyzing data concerning consumer behavior to understand changing needs. • Engage proactively with current customers to identify and pursue additional sales opportunities across various offering. • Provide first-level technical support to customers, including troubleshooting product-related issues and escalating complex cases to engineering. • Conduct technical presentations or demos for customers to explain product features and capabilities. • Understand semiconductor supplier and customer market environment including acquisitions to maintain Macnica’s position in a distribution market.

• Prospect, qualify, and convert AI and edge-computing opportunities across multiple verticals • Leverage your existing industry network to rapidly position Macnica's AI accelerator offerings (including DeepX) with new accounts • Lead conversations on AI acceleration, edge inference, workload optimization, and applied AI use cases • Educate customers on how to integrate AI accelerators, sensors, and compute platforms into their products and operations • Drive early technical discovery to identify customer pain points and propose tailored AI-enabled solutions • Own the AI-focused sales funnel for a defined geographic region • Engage warm inbound leads generated from events, vendor partners, and AI-focused marketing campaigns • Support field sales teams by stepping into technical/FAE-style discussions when AI expertise is required • Partner with internal engineering resources to guide opportunities from POC to production • Maintain detailed records of opportunities in Microsoft Dynamics CRM • Work with strategic vendor partners to position next-generation AI accelerator and edge silicon solutions • Represent Macnica Americas at events, conferences, and customer briefings (10–25% travel) • Provide market insights and feedback to Product Management to guide roadmap alignment • Help shape go-to-market strategies for new AI accelerator lines and emerging technologies
