Job Description

Staff Product Manager

Phaidra

• Partner with the CPO to develop and drive the product strategy and roadmap that establishes Prism as the agentic operating platform for the data center — spanning diagnostics, triage, and the broader intelligence layer operators and executives depend on. • Work with the CPO to translate the platform vision into a sequenced, fundable roadmap, and drive it to delivery across teams. • Regularly visit and join calls with customers to see Prism in production and hear unfiltered feedback, not just what's escalated. • Translate floor-level customer pain into clear, high-quality product requirements, keeping teams close to real operator context. • Help drive expansion along two axes — connecting more of the data center’s operational and business systems, and advancing our insight & recommendations and supervised & autonomous control offerings. • Lead the delivery of key integrations that connect new systems into Prism, closing the loop from detection to diagnosis to action. • Partner with Engineering and Design to sequence and ship the platform capabilities that make broader, safer autonomy possible. • Support the expansion of Prism’s user base beyond the operations floor to new personas and buyers, including facilities and infrastructure leadership at hyperscale and neocloud operators, and partner with go-to-market and Finance on packaging and pricing. • Establish frameworks for prioritization, discovery, and risk mitigation; build high-quality product artifacts; coach and mentor other PMs, and help raise the standard for product practice — frameworks, artifacts, discovery rigor — across the team, not just within your own initiatives. • Own the metrics that define success in this role, including adoption across new systems and personas, progress along the insight-to-autonomy axis, and expansion revenue, and use them to guide prioritization and roadmap trade-offs. • Deeply understand the product architecture and participate actively in technical planning, so the strategy stays grounded in what the platform can actually do. • Help ensure alignment across teams by clearly communicating strategy, decisions, and trade-offs.

Job Requirements

  • 8+ years of technical product management experience, including leading large, complex, cross-functional initiatives.
  • Comfortable spending significant time directly with customers or end users, and treats that time as core product work, not a distraction from it.
  • Track record of helping take a product from point solution toward platform — or contributing to a platform, integration, or data-surface product.
  • Exceptional ability to translate customer needs into strategic product direction and to sequence an ambitious vision into fundable steps.
  • Deep expertise in prioritization frameworks and product decision-making under uncertainty.
  • Strong technical acumen, including system architecture, integrations/APIs, and data platforms.
  • Ability to influence at all levels, including leadership, and to align teams on strategy, decisions, and trade-offs.
  • Experience mentoring and developing other product managers.
  • Excellent communication skills, including explaining complex ideas to audiences from the floor to the boardroom, in an all-remote setting.
  • Shares our company values: Collaboration, Transparency, Operational Excellence, Ownership, & Empathy.

Benefits

  • Competitive compensation & meaningful equity.
  • Medical, dental, and vision insurance (exact benefits vary by region).
  • Unlimited paid time off, with a required minimum of 20 days per year.
  • Paid parental leave (exact benefits vary by region).
  • Flexible stipends to support your workspace, well-being, and continued professional development.
  • Company MacBook.

Role Description We are looking for a Product Manager to work in our global operation! This is a cross-cutting product role. You will own capabilities that multiple squads and tribes depend on (think shared infrastructure, reusable components, platform services, and the data that connects them). Your success is measured by how well other teams can build, ship, and learn on top of what you enable, not by one product's roadmap alone. Because of that horizontal scope, data fluency is core to the job. You'll be the person who defines what we measure, makes sure it's instrumented, reads the signal honestly, and turns it into decisions the rest of product can act on. What you'll be doing: - Own and evolve product capabilities that many teams build on. Setting direction, standards, and priorities across squads; - Treat data as a first-class input: define the metrics that matter, ensure products are properly instrumented, run the analysis, and turn adoption, engagement, churn, and NPS into concrete decisions; - Deep-dive into the daily routines of our clients and internal teams to uncover real pains and opportunities; - Partner closely with engineers, designers, and other PMs across the organization to align on shared roadmaps and standards, and to bring ideas to life quickly and effectively; - Balance two modes of work: enabling other teams to move faster and shipping directly when a capability needs a dedicated owner; - Be a product person who influences decisions across the company, often without direct authority over the teams you're aligning. - Drive data decentralization across the company: enable other teams to own their own metrics and reporting through self-service; Qualifications - 3+ years in product management, with a track record of end-to-end delivery; - Strong data skills. Comfortable defining metrics, working with analytics tools, digging into data yourself (SQL and experimentation a strong plus), and making the case with evidence rather than opinion; - Experience in SaaS, B2B2C platforms, marketplaces, or other digital products; - Solid grasp of frameworks like JTBD, Lean Product, Outcomes, and OKRs; - Proven ability to drive alignment across multiple teams and stakeholders without owning them; - We expect you to present structured thinking, high ownership, and clear storytelling; - Advanced English (we work in a global environment). Requirements - Experience owning horizontal, platform, or data products that other teams consume; - Technical background or close collaboration with engineering. Familiarity with platform architecture, design systems, or APIs; - Desire to build, grow fast, and leave a lasting impact; - Experience with AI-assisted projects. Benefits - A clear purpose: simplify and connect through technology; - A role with unusual breadth. You'll shape how the whole product organization builds, not just one corner of it; - Culture of ownership, transparency, and continuous learning; - Cross-functional work, real challenges, and room to break the mold; Company Description - Values: Be bold, Strive for Excellence, Do the Right Thing, Focus on the Customer and Build Together.
