Position Overview: Patient Experience Advisor As a Patient Experience Advisor, you will serve as a trusted strategic partner to our clients, owning the day‑to‑day relationship and driving measurable improvements in patient experience. Qualifications - Experience: Minimum 5 years in healthcare, with a strong focus on patient experience improvement. - Expertise: In-depth knowledge of Hospital CAHPS (HCAHPS) and Clinician & Group CAHPS (CG-CAHPS) required. - Skills: Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills, with a polished executive presence. - Analytical Ability: Strong grasp of improvement methodologies, data analytics, and industry best practices. - Mindset: Passionate about patient experience, proactive in problem-solving, and committed to follow-through. - Adaptability: Comfortable in a fast-paced environment with the ability to manage multiple priorities. - Travel: Willingness to travel up to 25% for client engagements. The Consultant, Technical Delivery (TD) is responsible for the initial technical design, development services, and post-implementation consulting and administration, of solutions and programs on the Forsta platform. As a member of a program team working in a role of Technical and Development Lead, the Technical Consultant will provide detailed technical design and specification of solutions outlined in the Statement of Work (SOW). When necessary, will work with the Global Solutions Team and Product Management for solutions that require development of custom components. Post-implementation activities will require, though not limited to, on-going technical advice and support of accounts; building relationships with client business and technical users; conducting training sessions; management, consulting and administration of solutions for clients who have contracted with Forsta for deployment and administration services; and, at times, working with other third party offshore and onshore partners. General Activities - Act as the technical point of contact with the customer and other Forsta team members. - Assess client technical requirements and provide viable solutions. - Adhere to the Forsta PMO and customer’s processes for project governance and delivery. - Ensuring scope is adhered to and informing project team of scope creep. - Follow the Forsta PMO defined Change Order process for in-progress work. - Work with clients to integrate Forsta technologies into their business applications. - Manage and conduct solutions QA. - Assists with client UAT. - Providing solutions administration and overall on-going project management services as required for the client solution (Post Implementation Consulting): - Build a relationship with client management and team members. - Working with team members, on multiple accounts, manage all aspects of the on-going post implementation solution services. - Manage change and resolve conflicts that can impact services and operation of the client solution. - Adhere to the processes in place for project delivery. - Provide Forsta platform training and knowledge transfer. The primary responsibilities of this position are to lead the design, development, and delivery of complex features and projects within an AI-native engineering workflow powering our Hyperlift Stars Platform. Other responsibilities include setting technical direction, providing architectural guidance, and establishing expectations for how AI tools are applied to improve reliability, efficiency, and user value across the full lifecycle of modern data-intensive software systems. This role serves as a technical lead trusted to make sound judgment calls on system design and to guide the team toward deadlines while managing changing priorities. Duties & Responsibilities Designs Software Applications: - Leads systems analysis, architectural design, and technology selection for complex features and core platform components. - Works with Product Managers, Technical Program Managers, and engineering leadership to architect scalable data services and pipelines. - Designs database schemas (PostgreSQL), backend microservices, and APIs that drive core Hyperlift Stars Platform. - Sets expectations for AI-native engineering practices within the team, ensuring AI tools are applied thoughtfully to improve reliability, efficiency, and user value. - Defines and maintains test strategies across unit, integration, and system levels. - Ensures codebase and systems comply with engineering best practices and drives process improvement initiatives. Develops and Implements Software Applications: - Implements backend services and APIs in Python, Elixir, or Golang, following design specifications and internal development standards. - Leads development efforts and provides technical direction to ensure high code quality and maintainability. - Guides the team in using AI effectively without compromising maintainability or trust in system behavior. - Produces high-quality supporting documentation, design artifacts, and architectural decision records. - Develops and refactors code for performance, clarity, and testability across complex system areas. - Prepares features and infrastructure changes for production release, including deployment plans and rollback strategies. - Conducts and leads peer code reviews, contributing to team-wide engineering excellence and mentorship. Supports Software Applications: - Troubleshoots and resolves complex issues surfaced through observability systems, user reports, or automated monitoring. - Diagnoses and resolves issues in distributed event-driven systems and microservices architectures. - Contributes to installation, deployment, and developer documentation. - Helps guide the team toward deadlines while managing changing priorities and unplanned work. - Participates in the full software lifecycle from ideation to long-term maintenance and support. - Works within an Agile development process focused on iterative value delivery to internal and external users. Technical Skills - Strong design and architectural skills with demonstrated experience owning complex systems - Expertise in Python; experience in Elixir or Golang a plus - Strong working knowledge of relational databases, particularly PostgreSQL - Experience building and optimizing REST APIs and working with event-driven architecture - Strong understanding of data modeling, query performance tuning, and systems design - Familiarity with distributed systems, microservices, and cloud infrastructure (Azure, AWS) - Experience with infrastructure-as-code (e.g., Terraform, CloudFormation) and DevOps practices (e.g., GitLab pipelines, CI/CD) - Ability to debug and optimize backend performance using modern observability tools - Experience implementing containerized applications and orchestration (e.g., Kubernetes, Docker) - Sound judgment on applying AI tools to improve reliability, efficiency, and development velocity - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in high-performing engineering teams - Strong written and verbal communication skills Minimum Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related technical field (or equivalent experience) - Demonstrated ability to architect and deliver scalable systems with minimal oversight - Comfortable operating at Senior Software Engineer level, including mentoring peers, leading system design discussions, and providing technical direction - Enthusiasm for learning new technologies and an open mind for evaluating potential solutions - Proven ability to balance technical excellence with pragmatic delivery under shifting priorities Don’t meet every single requirement?
