Role Description We seek an experienced, results-driven Federal Business Development Director with a proven record of securing contracts with the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Department of War (DoW), and Defense Health Administration (DHA). The ideal candidate will understand federal procurement processes, build strong relationships, and identify and pursue new business opportunities as a subcontractor and prime contractor in the VA, DoW sectors and reports to CGO. - This role is critical in driving revenue growth and expanding our organization's footprint within the federal market, including identifying opportunities SDVOSB, VOSB, SB and HUBZone, small business engagements. - Identify, qualify, and capture VA, DoW and DHA contract opportunities aligned with the company's capabilities and strategic goals, focusing on leveraging SDVOSB, VOSB, SB and HUBZone small business advantages. - Develop and execute a robust business development strategy targeting VA, DoW and DHA agencies, identifying contract vehicles and set-aside opportunities to maximize competitive positioning. - Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including federal contracting officers, program managers, and industry partners, leveraging existing networks within VA, DoW and DHA to foster new opportunities and partnerships. - Lead the capture process for VA, DoW and DHA opportunities, including developing capture strategies, win themes, and pricing approaches, and collaborate with internal teams to prepare compliant, high-quality proposals tailored to federal requirements. - Conduct thorough market research to stay informed of VA, DoW and DHA trends, upcoming procurements, and competitor activities, while analyzing federal budgets and contracting forecasts to identify key growth areas. - Ensure compliance with Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR/DFAR) and other regulatory requirements throughout the business development lifecycle, maintaining accurate records in the company's CRM and reporting progress to leadership regularly. - Pipeline & CRM Management: Maintain and grow the organization's opportunity pipeline in tools like company CRM, documenting interactions and tracking progress across opportunities. Daily reviewing of current schedule opportunities and reporting possible to management. GSA MAS, SEWP and others (Oasis, IHT 2.0). - Partner with technical teams, program managers, and subject matter experts to align proposals with customer needs and requirements and develop and manage teaming agreements with subcontractors or prime contractors as necessary. Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in business or related field - Minimum 5-8 years of experience in federal business development, specifically within the VA, DoW and DHA sectors. - Demonstrated success in capturing and managing VA, DoW and DHA contracts - Familiarity with VA, DoW and DHA procurement cycles and contract vehicles - Experience identifying and leveraging SDVOSB, VOSB, HUBZone and small business set-aside opportunities. - Ability to obtain and maintain security clearance, if required Benefits - Flexible work from home options available. - Medical, Dental & Vision Coverage for Employees and their dependents - Paid Time Off (Including Holidays) - 401K Matching - Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA) - Compensation – $135,000-$155,000/year base salary with commission and bonus based on individual and company performance for additional compensation Company Description

Position Description: Junior QA Tester – Clinical Data Services Overview The Junior QA Tester will support quality assurance and validation activities for clinical applications and data services developed and hosted for the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA). This role is focused on hands-on manual testing, ensuring that software releases, data pipelines, and integration services meet functional and data quality requirements prior to deployment. The ideal candidate will have a solid foundation in manual testing, strong attention to detail, and preferably experience working in a government or regulated environment. Key Responsibilities Manual Testing and Validation - Execute manual test cases and test scenarios for web applications, APIs, and data services. - Perform functional, regression, integration, and system testing. - Validate data accuracy, completeness, and transformations within data pipelines and interfaces. - Conduct API testing using tools such as Postman or similar. - Identify, document, and track defects using tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps. - Re-test resolved defects and perform regression testing to ensure issue resolution. Data & Clinical Domain Testing - Assist in validating data exchange between systems and APIs. - Support testing efforts involving healthcare data standards such as FHIR or HL7 (preferred but not required). - Ensure adherence to data security and privacy requirements (e.g., HIPAA). - Follow established processes for testing within a regulated or government environment.
