• Receive and organize communication requests from across the business • Prioritize multiple requests based on urgency and deadlines • Route materials for appropriate review and approval • Track timelines and ensure on-time delivery • Adjust quickly as new or urgent requests arise • Format and distribute internal and client-facing communications • Proofread for clarity, accuracy, and consistency • Conduct quality checks prior to release • Support urgent or time-sensitive messaging initiatives • Help create and maintain structured communication processes • Keep clear documentation of requests and timelines • Identify simple improvements to increase efficiency and reduce errors • Pull data from multiple internal resources to compile and organize communication-related metrics • Prepare clear, concise analytics reports and summaries for leadership and cross-functional teams
• Deliver a broad range of services to People Results clients. • Participate in developing the internal / external communications strategy for major organizations. • Partner with Digital and Design team members to offer robust communication solutions. • Support creation, and presentation of plans and associated materials to various client teams. • Counsel clients on fast-breaking situations, including internal and external crisis. • Manage multiple client projects simultaneously.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, providing strategic guidance grounded in experience and best practices • Partner with consultant teams and clients to understand organizational dynamics, risks, and objectives • Develop tailored labor and employee relations strategies aligned with client goals • Support clients through both planning and execution, adapting approaches as conditions evolve • Conduct organizational assessments, stakeholder interviews, and data reviews • Apply critical thinking to qualitative and quantitative information to identify trends, risks, and opportunities • Translate complex information into clear, actionable recommendations for clients • Prepare professional reports and briefings that support informed decision-making • Design and deliver customized training and education programs for leaders and employees • Facilitate discussions and working sessions with groups at all organizational levels • Present insights and recommendations to executives, senior leadership teams, and boards • Communicate with confidence, clarity, and credibility in high-stakes environments • Coordinate with other People Results consultants to ensure consistent, high-quality client experiences • Mentor and support other consultants by sharing expertise and best practices
