Graphic Designer
People Results
• Design and format PowerPoint presentations for executive audiences • Create professional reports, white papers, and collateral • Develop charts, infographics, and visual summaries • Ensure consistent client branding across all materials • Design marketing collateral and thought leadership materials • Create digital graphics for website and social media • Maintain and update firm templates and brand standards • Manage multiple design projects with competing deadlines • Partner with consultants to understand project goals • Incorporate feedback promptly and professionally • Maintain strong organization and version control
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 2–5 years of professional design experience
- Experience supporting multiple clients or stakeholders preferred
- Strong portfolio demonstrating presentation and document layout work
- Advanced PowerPoint design skills (required)
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)
- Strong layout and typography skills
- High attention to detail
- Ability to manage deadlines and shifting priorities
- Professional communication skills
