• Support the global communications and fundraising functions at Pathfinder International. • Reporting to the Communications Director, support the development of communications products and organization of events, as well as digital content for the website, social media channels, and fundraising campaigns. • Support the elevation of Pathfinder’s brand among key audiences. • Provide editorial support to country teams, including but not limited to content development for blogs, stories, 1-pagers, briefs, and other materials. • Graphics/visuals development for various audiences, including donors, partners, and media. • Proofreading/copy editing. • Supports Pathfinder’s engagement in high-priority global conferences, coordinating panels and events, promotion, preparation and follow-up. • Support the execution of marketing campaigns across digital channels, including email, social media, and website content. • Update and manage website content ensuring accuracy, consistency, and user-friendly navigation. • Apply basic SEO best practices to improve search visibility. • Support email marketing efforts, including drafting, formatting, and scheduling communications. • Monitor campaign performance and compile basic reports on key metrics (e.g., engagement, traffic, email performance).
• Provide high-level, proactive, and confidential support to the Vice President (VP), Strategic Engagement and Innovation (SEI), and the SEI leadership teams. • Ensure seamless coordination, operational efficiency, and effective communication across the department and with internal and external stakeholders. • Act as a key liaison and trusted partner. • Anticipate needs, manage complex scheduling and travel logistics, support governance processes, and drive follow-through on critical priorities. • Manage the calendar and schedules appointments with internal and external stakeholders on behalf of the members of the SEI team and its VP. • Coordinate high-level internal and external meetings, including agenda preparation, pre-briefing materials, and timely follow-up on action items. • Prepare, process, and reconcile expense reports, invoices, and contracts in compliance with organizational policies. • Track departmental budgets, payments, and reporting deadlines as needed. • Plan, coordinate, and manage complex international and domestic travel itineraries for the VP and SEI teams, ensuring efficiency and cost-effectiveness. • Cultivate strong working relationships with internal staff, partner agencies, donors, government offices, and board members. • Support the VP in preparing materials for the Board of Directors, donor meetings, and other governance-related engagements.
• Lead the design and execution of Pathfinder’s strategy to unlock market opportunities. • Identify, evaluate and pursue strategic opportunities with donors, investors, private sector entities, and multilateral organizations. • Represent Pathfinder in high-level investment networks, key forums and investor roundtables. • Collaborate with Pathfinder teams for due diligence, risk assessment, and compliance processes related to external investments and partnerships. • Track performance metrics and report on ROI, impact, and strategic alignment.
