Role Description At Oversee, we are reimagining how corporate travel is managed. Our advanced technology and machine learning eliminate outdated, manual processes that hold companies back - driving cost savings, improving efficiency, and enabling smarter decision-making. We combine travel analytics with actionable insights, giving global enterprises the tools to gain visibility into their travel spend while continuously optimizing their programs. We’re looking for our first dedicated Account Executive in EMEA. You'll have the opportunity to step into a pivotal role where your impact is felt immediately. As an Account Executive, you won’t just be chasing numbers - you’ll be building meaningful partnerships, expanding our channel base, and shaping the growth of our business. What you'll do: - Own and grow the EMEA territory, identifying and closing new business opportunities; - Build and execute a territory strategy to drive pipeline, revenue, and long-term growth; - Develop relationships with Travel Management Companies (TMCs), travel technology providers, and other strategic partners; - Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through contract negotiation and close; - Generate, nurture, and manage a healthy pipeline through outbound efforts, referrals, industry relationships, and partnerships; - Represent Oversee at industry events, conferences, and customer meetings; - Engage directly with executive stakeholders including CEOs, COOs, and commercial leaders; - Act as the voice of the market, sharing customer insights and competitive intelligence with Product and Leadership teams; - Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Partnerships, Customer Success, and Leadership to support strategic deals and drive customer outcomes. Qualifications - Previous experience within travel technology, business travel, TMCs, travel SaaS, GDS, corporate travel, or adjacent travel-related sectors strongly preferred; - 7+ years of experience in a quota-carrying Account Executive, Business Development, or Strategic Sales role; - Proven experience consistently achieving or exceeding quota; - Strong hunter mentality with a bias for action and a track record of creating opportunities from scratch; - Experience selling B2B SaaS solutions to enterprise customers; - Experience building a territory, launching a new market, or operating as an early commercial hire is highly desirable; - Comfortable operating independently in a fast-paced startup environment; - Strong executive presence and experience selling to senior decision-makers; - Passionate about technology, innovation, and the future of business travel. Role Description At Oversee, we are reimagining how corporate travel is managed. We combine travel analytics with actionable insights, giving global enterprises the tools to gain visibility into their travel spend while continuously optimizing their programs. In this role, you’ll have meaningful influence over data architecture, tooling, and how AI is embedded into internal workflows and product development. It’s a strong fit for someone who enjoys solving complex data problems, working closely with product and engineering, and building systems that directly impact the business. What you’ll do: - Own the data architecture for one of our products, designing, building, and continuously evolving ETL/ELT pipelines as the product and its data model change rapidly. - Support customer-facing work: data requests, POCs, and analyses that directly influence commercial outcomes. - Drive data quality and architecture decisions independently; this role requires judgment, not just execution. - Develop HTML-based dashboards and visualizations that surface the metrics and funnel visibility the product and business teams need to act. - Build and maintain data endpoints consumed by React-based product pages, stepping into front-end development when needed. - Bring genuine AI fluency to your workflow; we’ll ask you how you’d use AI to improve what you’re building, and we expect a real answer. Qualifications - 5+ years in analytics engineering, data engineering, or a closely related role - with strong, proven data modeling and ETL/ELT experience. - Python is a must; you use it regularly and confidently for transformation, automation, or analysis. - Strong SQL and a solid grasp of data warehouse architecture; hands-on experience with Snowflake or dbt is a significant plus. - Senior-level independence; you can own ambiguous problems, make architecture calls, and communicate tradeoffs clearly to non-technical stakeholders. - An active and thoughtful AI user; you have a real point of view on how AI changes data work, and you back it up with how you actually operate day-to-day. - Comfortable contributing to front-end layers or working directly alongside React engineers without friction. - Strong analytical mindset - business-oriented, funnel-aware, and able to go from raw data to insight without being handed the question first. - BS in Computer Science, Statistics, Industrial Engineering, or a related quantitative field preferred. Role Description At Oversee, we are reimagining how corporate travel is managed. We combine travel analytics with actionable insights, giving global enterprises the proper tools to view their expenses while continuously improving their programs. As Director of Partnerships, you'll own the most critical growth lever at a company with strong product-market fit and a clear path to market leadership. This is a zero-to-one opportunity, you will design and build a full partnership function from the ground up, forging the ecosystem relationships that will accelerate our price optimization and Agentic AI solutions. This is a highly strategic and hands-on role for someone who has successfully built a partnerships or channel program in a growth-stage company and can operate across strategy, deal-making, and execution. It is a high visibility responsibility and will report directly to our CRO. What you'll do: - Design and implement a scalable partnerships and channel strategy aligned with company growth goals, including a structured partner program with tiers, incentives, enablement, and GTM motion; - Identify and prioritize high-impact partner segments across the TMC ecosystem; booking tools, expense platforms, GDS providers, and travel data ecosystems; - Source, negotiate, and close strategic partnerships that drive revenue and product adoption, including rev share, referral, and embedded distribution agreements; - Develop joint value propositions and business cases with partners, and co-sell alongside the Direct Sales Team to accelerate client-level revenue opportunities; - Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Product to launch and scale partner-driven GTM motions, equipping partners with the messaging, tools, and support needed to generate and close pipeline; - Build and manage senior relationships across partner organizations; represent Oversee at industry events and travel tech forums; - Continuously map and expand the travel and TMC ecosystem to surface new partnership opportunities; - Work cross-functionally with Product and Engineering to prioritize integrations and partner requirements, and with Customer Success to drive successful onboarding and expansion of partner accounts; - Establish KPIs, reporting frameworks, and operating cadence for the partnerships function. Qualifications - 7–12+ years of experience in partnerships, business development, or strategic alliances, with a proven track record of building or scaling a partnerships or channel function from scratch; - Demonstrated ability to negotiate and close complex, multi-stakeholder partnership deals; - Strong commercial acumen - you understand how partnerships translate into revenue and can build the business case to prove it; - Comfortable operating at both the strategic and tactical level in a fast-moving, resource-constrained environment; - Experience in corporate travel, the TMC ecosystem, or travel technology strongly preferred; - Familiarity with GDS, booking tools, expense platforms, or travel data ecosystems is a significant plus; - Background in SaaS or API-driven products; experience working in a growth-stage company (25–150 employees) is highly valued; - Exceptional communicator and relationship builder, you show up with credibility, follow through, and no ego.
