Qualifications - Completion of at least a bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance. - A minimum of 5 to 8 years of experience in accounting within an accounting firm. - Strong technical accounting skills, with expertise in bookkeeping, bank reconciliations, journal entries, and P&L analysis. - Proficiency in financial reporting, with the ability to produce accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual reports. - Sharp analytical skills to detect inaccuracies and investigate account discrepancies. - Problem-solving abilities to propose recommendations for optimizing accounting systems and procedures. - Knowledge of intercompany reconciliation and managing transactions between entities. - Experience in financial consolidation processes for accurate statement preparation. - Leadership and mentoring capabilities to support and guide junior team members. - Meticulous attention to detail, ensuring compliance and precision in all tasks. - Proficiency in multitasking while maintaining high efficiency without compromising quality. - Excellent time management skills to prioritize multiple responsibilities and meet deadlines. - Strong communication skills to effectively articulate complex accounting matters.
