• Responsible for the organization’s daily blog/briefing • Research, writing, layout, artwork generation, and posting of daily executive briefings • Manage a multi-month editorial tracker of upcoming executive briefing topics • Develop and execute strategies for increasing readership of the daily briefing

• Lead the development of monthly and yearly marketing plans to promote executive education throughout the year to meet goals. • Lead the development and ongoing optimization of executive education landing pages, digital content, and web experiences using SEO and audience engagement best practices to increase traffic, conversion, and registrations. • Manage daily maintenance of the company's executive education web pages using WordPress with updates and changes. • Produce analytics and ROI reports for all online marketing and lead generation activities, where applicable. • Create and manage high-impact marketing campaigns and promotional assets across email, social media, web, paid advertising, print, and on-site event channels. • Develop compelling marketing copy and promotional content, including session descriptions, email campaigns, press releases, social media content, digital ads, brochures, signage, and executive-facing marketing materials.

• Directly support this mission by being an expert strategic advisor and consultant to clients in the areas of strategy development, performance management, financial analysis, operations management analysis, risk management, mergers and acquisitions and/or other accounting and financial related areas. • Serve as project manager for projects rooted around a financial competency and as a subject matter expert for other projects that have a smaller financial component. • Manage both the internal and client project teams, as well as the project workplan to ensure efficient, high quality work. • Timely and professionally communicate project status, problem solve with internal team, and manage project relationships to facilitate a successful project engagement. • Prepare customer-facing client deliverables for each client project. • Serve as primary author of recommendations, incorporating analysis and input from subject matter experts and primary and secondary market research. • Participate in business development activities including, but not limited to, proposal development and writing – with a focus on developing both new work and additional work with current clients of the practice. • Prepare articles and other written materials for OPEN MINDS publications. • Prepare and deliver presentations, both virtually and in person, at OPEN MINDS and client educational and training events. • Track own billable hours across multiple projects and track and manage the billable hours of a total project.

• Management of the Daily Executive Briefings (written in the voice of the CEO), including but not limited to: writing, review, editing, layout, posting, updates to the production tracker, and interviews • Create concise, high-impact copy, documents, or presentations that allow senior leadership to grasp complex issues and make rapid decisions. Such content may include a monthly newsletter, weekly news service, multiple databases, long-form reports, weekly roundtable executive case study webinars, and multiple profiles for states, service provider organizations, and specific innovative programs. • Manage the production cycle for market intelligence service lines, including editorial planning, topic selection, content production, layout, editing, and publication. • Research and implement new editorial decisions concerning the content of publications for the company and clients based on topic, project, or campaign. • Review and edit publications according to OPEN MINDS’ specifications for style, tone, and length, while ensuring correct use of grammar, punctuation, and spelling. • Develops and coaches writing staff to organizational standards; Assist writers with selecting and finalizing artwork, photography, and text for reproduction.

• Develop high-impact, customized proposals and business development materials that support organizational growth and client retention • Work with OPEN MINDS consultants and SMEs to design proposals, templates, capability statements, pricing worksheets, presentations, agreements, and marketing collateral • Lead end-to-end RFP and RFI responses: creating workplans, coordinating contributors, conducting research, gathering information, and writing and formatting submissions. • Conduct market research and internal interviews to strengthen solution narratives and contextual framing • Shape value propositions and messaging that clearly articulate OPEN MINDS’ capabilities and solutions • Prepare weekly and monthly activity updates on proposal pipeline and deliverables • Support related business development and marketing initiatives as assigned
