Head of PMO, Professional Services

Role Description The Head of PMO is responsible for driving delivery excellence across the Professional Services organization by establishing and enforcing best-in-class project management standards, governance, and execution practices within a fintech environment. This role ensures that all client initiatives are delivered consistently on time, within scope, and on budget, through rigorous oversight, proactive risk management, and disciplined execution. The role partners closely with Legal, Finance, Product, Engineering, and Sales to align delivery with commercial objectives, contractual commitments, and client expectations, ensuring high-quality outcomes and sustained business value. - Continuously improve and execute the PMO vision, operating model, and governance framework in line with our business objectives. - Lead, mentor, and develop a global team of project managers and PMO analysts. - Drive a culture of accountability, transparency, and continuous improvement across the Professional Services delivery organization. - Own and enforce enterprise-wide project management standards, methodologies, and templates (e.g., kickoff, RAID, status reporting, change control). - Monitor portfolio health using structured reporting (e.g., RAG status, risk tracking, milestone performance), including escalation frameworks. - Lead PMO transformation initiatives to scale operations and improve client outcomes. - Standardize project lifecycle stages from initiation through handover to support/operations. - Establish clear success metrics (e.g., budget adherence, SOW performance, client satisfaction), including project time tracking and reporting. - Partner with Finance on project budgeting, forecasting, revenue recognition, billing, and margin tracking. - Collaborate with Legal on SOWs, MSAs, and contractual frameworks to ensure clear scope, deliverables, and risk allocation. - Oversee change control processes to manage scope changes and contractual impacts. - Provide executive-level reporting on portfolio performance, risks, and mitigation plans. - Build strong relationships across Product, Engineering, Sales, Finance, and client stakeholders. - Identify opportunities to improve delivery processes, tools, and automation. - Drive adoption of best practices, including Agile, hybrid delivery models, and data-driven reporting. - Strong focus on data-driven decision-making, including KPI frameworks and executive dashboards. Measures of success: - % of projects delivered on time and within budget. - Portfolio RAG status improvement trends. - Reduction in scope creep through effective change control. - Improvement in billing accuracy and revenue realization. - Client satisfaction (NPS or equivalent). - PMO process adoption and compliance rates. Qualifications - At least 10+ years of Project Management and/or Product Management in Capital Markets. - Proven experience leading a PMO or delivery organization within fintech, financial services, or enterprise software. - Excellent executive communication and stakeholder management, as well as cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Finance, Legal, and Product teams. - Strong understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and best practices of the same (preferably Agile) and development tools like JIRA. - Deep understanding of SOW-based delivery models, commercial constructs, and strong financial acumen (budgeting, forecasting, margin management). - Experience with trading and/or risk platforms implementations and cloud-based native services and SaaS offerings. Extra Credit - Graduated with an advanced degree (Masters) in a technical or business discipline with a background in project/programme management methodologies (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2). - Exposure to AI/automation or digital initiatives to improve delivery efficiency and reporting. Where You’ll Work This is a remote role, open to all who reside within Canada - with preference to candidates located in the GTA. Business Operations Analyst – Junior

• Define, design and implementation of standard operating procedures to run business operations on behalf of Numerix SaaS clients. • Perform daily monitoring activities and verification of reports for market and counterparty credit risk analytics ( i.e. MTM, Greeks, PFE, CVA, FVA, VaR etc) for front and middle office users. • Monitor alerts on the success/failure of daily runs, batch processes and market data feeds, and assist in periodic intra-day checks of the health of OneView applications, ancillary systems, processes, and data feeds to ensure operational integrity and fulfilment of SLAs. • Assist in responding to daily requests for operational support activities. • Respond to requests for technical support, application issues, and feed issues; support triage and resolution, and escalate to relevant teams when needed. • Support incident management activities in accordance with Numerix Incident Management policy, including monitoring alerts and assisting in incident resolution. • Assist in the release of OneView application updates in pre-production, including coordination of dress rehearsals and parallel runs. • Support the management and maintenance of market data documentation.
Quantitative Developer

• Design and implement new features in our C++ analytics library and ensure quality by writing automated tests in Python. • Investigate reported issues with our software and fix bugs as needed. • Provide support to the client-facing teams as they win business and help our clients succeed with our products. • Maintain and improve technical documentation for internal and external use. • Continually deepen knowledge of quantitative finance and software engineering through self and assisted studies.
Business Operations Analyst

What We're Looking For: - At least 4+ years experience in financial derivatives, risk analytics and capital markets with strong understanding of quantitative finance and technology. - Some experience with risk analytics including but not limited to Historical, Monte Carlo & Scenario VaR, XVA, PFE etc., as well as In-depth familiarity with Product Structures, Curve Building, Pricing Models, Risk and Market Reference Data. - Strong demonstration, communication, and interpersonal skills are a must. - Strong understanding of the Software Development Life-Cycle (SDLC) and best practices of the same (preferably Agile) and development tools like JIRA. - Strong hands-on experience with python and/or other programming languages. - Experience with cloud-based native services and SaaS offerings. Extra Credit: - Graduated with an advanced degree (Masters) in a technical discipline, such as quantitative finance, financial engineering, mathematics, or physics. - Worked as a consultant and/or other professional/client services teams on software implementation projects or some experience in product management.
