Nteractive
• Support the planning and execution of live, virtual and hybrid events • Assist with managing project documentation including timelines, budgets, running orders and status updates • Help coordinate event logistics including travel, venue requirements and transfers • Support onsite event delivery and manage assigned event areas during live shows • Ensure all project materials and updates are maintained accurately and proactively communicated to the wider team • Act as a point of contact for clients on assigned projects, ensuring queries and requests are handled promptly • Support sourcing suppliers and coordinating their involvement in projects • Assist with supplier quotations, proposals and contracts while helping maintain quality and value standards • Build strong working relationships with clients, suppliers and internal teams • Contribute ideas and research for creative event solutions including entertainment, décor, speakers and guest experience elements • Attend meetings, take clear notes and track follow-up actions • Support budget tracking and escalate any potential issues to Project Leads • Help identify opportunities to improve processes and team efficiency • Work closely with Producers, Senior Producers, Project Leads and Account Directors across multiple projects • Collaborate with internal departments to support smooth event delivery • Maintain Nteractive standards across event delivery, compliance, information security and health & safety
Job Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in corporate events, event coordination, project support or similar event-related roles
- Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in fast-paced environments
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience supporting clients or external stakeholders in a professional environment
- Basic understanding of event budgets, supplier management and contracts
- Familiarity with project management and collaboration tools such as Monday.com, Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with a willingness to learn and grow
- Comfortable working collaboratively across teams and time zones
