• Own US Talent Acquisition Strategy: Plan and execute Noma’s US recruiting programs, ensuring alignment with GTM hiring goals and global headcount targets • Drive Full-Cycle Recruiting: Manage end-to-end hiring for Sales, Sales Engineering, Marketing, Channel, Customer Success, and other GTM roles, from sourcing through offer acceptance • Build a Proactive Sourcing Engine: Identify, engage, and convert top-tier passive candidates from leading cybersecurity, SaaS, and B2B enterprise tech companies • Own Pipeline Performance: Take full accountability for pipeline coverage, candidate quality, time-to-fill, and offer acceptance metrics • Partner Closely with Hiring Managers: Lead intake meetings, sharpen candidate profiles, and shape search strategy in close partnership with hiring managers across the US • Deliver a Best-in-Class Candidate Experience: Run a clear, fast, respectful, and high-signal process at every stage • Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work closely with the broader People team on employer branding, process improvements, and US hiring strategy
• Lead technical discovery, qualification, and solution mapping for enterprise AI security use cases • Design and deliver tailored demos and technical presentations to security, engineering, and executive stakeholders • Independently own and execute POCs end-to-end, from scoping and success criteria to deployment and validation • Partner closely with Account Executives to drive deals forward and address technical objections • Act as the technical voice of the customer, surfacing product feedback, gaps, and field insights • Stay up to date with the rapidly evolving AI security landscape and competitive ecosystem • Guide customers through complex technical decisions and challenge assumptions when needed
• Own Global Demand Generation Strategy: Plan and execute Noma’s demand generation programs, ensuring alignment with revenue goals and global pipeline targets • Drive Campaign Execution: Build and run integrated campaigns across digital channels to generate high-quality leads and pipeline • Lead End-to-End Campaign Management: Own the full lifecycle of demand generation programs, from planning and execution through performance tracking and optimization, including supporting the marketing operations side • Own Pipeline Performance: Take full accountability for pipeline generation and contribution to revenue growth • Optimize Through Data: Analyze campaign performance and continuously optimize programs for efficiency and ROI • Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work closely with field marketing, content, and design teams to execute cohesive and effective programs
• Own and scale Noma’s end-to-end demand generation strategy, driving sustained pipeline and revenue growth. • Build, execute, and optimize demand programs across organic and paid channels, with a strong focus on measurable ROI. • Develop scalable growth frameworks and experiments to support rapid company expansion. • Partner closely with Sales and Marketing Ops to align on pipeline targets, attribution, and performance reporting. • Creatively position Noma as a category leader in AI security through innovative growth initiatives and campaigns.
• Build & Lead the Finance Function from Scratch • Establish and scale all core finance operations: FP&A, accounting, reporting, budgeting, cash flow management, controls, and compliance. • Select and implement financial systems, tools, and processes that support rapid growth. • Build and lead the finance team over time, setting a strong foundation for excellence and scalability. • Drive Financial Strategy & Planning • Own company-wide budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial modeling. • Provide clear, data-driven insights to support strategic decisions, growth initiatives, and resource allocation. • Manage cash runway, scenario planning, and capital efficiency. • Be a Strategic Business Partner • Partner closely with the CEO, founders, and leadership team on company strategy and execution. • Support board reporting with clear financial narratives and KPIs. • Help shape pricing strategy, business models, and expansion plans. • Lead Fundraising & Investor Relations Support • Own financial preparation for fundraising processes: models, data rooms, diligence materials. • Work closely with investors and external stakeholders as a trusted financial leader. • Ensure Governance, Compliance & Operational Rigor • Oversee accounting, tax, audits, and regulatory compliance across geographies. • Establish strong financial controls and risk management processes. • Build scalable reporting infrastructure aligned with global growth.
• Be the primary technical point of contact for our customers, helping them achieve security outcomes and navigate complex environments. • Provide hands-on support, configuration advice, and best practices for integrating and deploying our solutions. • Work closely with Product, Engineering, and Security to channel customer feedback and improve the platform. • Troubleshoot issues, lead technical deep-dives, and escalate where needed to drive resolution. • Build trust with key stakeholders, manage expectations, and ensure long-term customer satisfaction.
• Lead cross-functional launch planning for new products and features • Define target customer segments and develop detailed buyer personas • Align product positioning and pricing with market and competitive dynamics • Coordinate with Product, Sales, and Marketing to ensure smooth launches • Create product sheets, sales tools, and customer case studies • Develop training materials for sales and channel partners • Build content for web, blog, and demand gen campaigns • Support sales with tailored messaging and mid/bottom-funnel materials • Conduct customer interviews and competitive research • Analyze product usage and market trends to inform positioning • Synthesize feedback from customers and GTM teams into actionable insights • Monitor competitive landscape and advise product roadmap decisions
