• Be the “Expert User” of the existing sales/workflow system – being able to use the system just as the full-time sales team does • Be able to help guide, train, and communicate the most efficient ways to use the system to aid the sales team • Participate in business process discussion and solution road-mapping with customers and prospects • Make creative product and solution recommendations to satisfy the customer and prospect’s business and technical objectives • Presenting and working closely with Sales Directors • Act as business owner of sales/service system • Lead the contribution to prospect data acquisition, list creations, campaigning, and mining process • Understand the cold calling model; as well as the submission, quote, bind process working with insurance carrier/marketing team • Serve as bridge between Sales and IT

• Provide design and architecture for the network infrastructure and services (InterConnect, Bastion Services, VPC Peering, etc.) for GCP cloud solutions. • Hands on design, architecture and technical leadership responsibility for cloud connectivity, connectivity to on prem services, automated provisioning of infrastructure and applications, and developing proof of concepts for forward looking solutions in this space.

• Automate software installation, configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of on-premise and cloud deployments • Monitor infrastructure, application performance, and troubleshoot problems • Ensure compliance with departmental and enterprise security standards • Assess vulnerabilities and implement mitigation plans • Configure Hashicorp Vault/PAM, New Relic application, and infrastructure monitoring • Design and test procedures for backup, failover, and disaster recovery • Work with Enterprise Architect to implement cloud architectures into detailed designs • Create and support CI/CD pipelines for microservices containers, C#, Java, python codebase
