Role Description Sage is looking for a Delegated Credentialing Specialist (Remote) to join our team! The Delegated Credentialing Specialist is responsible for organizing, maintaining, and verifying all aspects of the delegated credentialing process for General and Specialty Dentists. In all activities, they must comply with all legal and regulatory policies and procedures. - Adhere to NCQA guidelines. - Audit Provider Licensure Files to NCQA guidelines. - Pull Monthly Delegated Verification Files in accordance with NCQA. - Knowledge of Delegated Verification Websites (ie. National Provider Data Base, etc.) - Understanding of Initial and Re-Credential Delegated files / processing. - Prepare and Present provider files for internal and external auditing. - Upload and update the system and / or software with new documents. - Request & Obtain any Licensure renewals. - Must be able to utilize the licensure portals. - Experience in Clearinghouse / Manual Education Verifications. - Experience in Manual Hospital Privileges Verifications. - Experience in Board Certification Verifications through the appropriate portals. - Strong understanding of the differences between similar credentials (ie. Malpractice, Diplomas, etc.) - Knowledge of what a Credentialing Committee consists of. - Coordinate, monitor, maintain and process all internal re-credentialing to NCQA guidelines. - Heavy Understanding of Attestation questions, actions, exclusions and explanations. - Ability to speak effectively with providers, educators and internal departments. - Assist offices and internal departments with credentialing issues. - Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. - Work other projects as assigned. • Insurance Coordination and Accounts Receivable for multiple remote dental locations • Responsible for processing appeals to insurance companies • Processes all insurance billing, posting payments and claim estimates for multiple assigned dental practices • Coordinates and processes payments from insurance carriers and troubleshoots any issues related to these payments • Ensures coordination of benefits is accurate and considered as part of the financial planning • Serves as a liaison between insurance carriers, staff and patients to resolve any concerns and maintain a positive working relationship • Ensures all insurance related duties are completed in a timely and accurate manner to ensure excellent patient relations and financial success for multiple dental locations • Achieves revenue goals by effectively managing collections and receivables, specialty, insurance billing and all accounts receivables follow up • Processes all forms of insurance payments • Assists designated offices with appropriate payment and insurance processes • Responsible for accounts receivables to include, sending of billing statements, aging reports, and collections • Ensure proper fee schedules are paid out • Guidance from Senior Director of RCM & assigned insurance carriers • Responsible for running reports from reporting system (SageNet) for accuracy of collecting, processing outstanding aging claims • Other duties as required • Recognize and report discrepancies to Supervisors and Management • Communicate with customers via phone and email to help gather missing details and support documentation

Role Description The Facilities Coordinator will be responsible for the management of contractors and vendors in facilities. Following the facilities budget, this role will review quotes, bids, maintain the upkeep of work orders, and schedule the completion of repairs around patient schedules per office need. This position can be based remotely in the Southeast United States. - Professionally represent Sage Dental with all outside interfaces, as well as the ability to work with all levels of the organization, including maintaining strong relationships with internal stakeholders. - Monitor, take ownership of, or respond to the day-to-day facility management and maintenance of multiple locations of Sage Dental utilizing the facilities department ticketing system. - Authority to make daily decisions to best serve the needs of the business, within budget. - Oversee contractors and vendors to resolve repair and maintenance issues at Sage Dental facilities. - Respond promptly and follow up consistently to support overall success and workflow efficiency. - Vendor and supplier selection, relationship management, and assessment of cost, level of service availability, to efficiently serve the needs of the business. - Independently manage small capex remodels, minor remodel work, painting jobs and other miscellaneous improvements. - Qualify the scope, means, methods, schedule, etc. to ensure the needs of the business are met and with a proper plan to implement the facilities plan of Sage Dental locations. - Ownership of repairs or maintenance of the support center (corporate office). - Manage, or take ownership of support center corporate services for facilities and replenishment vendors. - Adherence to Sage Dental's standards for replacement design and branding image elements. - Subcontractor appropriation and the ability to pivot to other vendors as needed. - Evaluate and monitor contractors, vendors, and suppliers and ensure they are performing up to Sage’s standards. - Work with the facilities management leadership team to ensure materials/services are obtained at competitive rates. - Approve and verify accuracy of facility invoices submitted by contractors, vendors, and suppliers. - Maintain and monitor any preventative maintenance programs relating to recurring services. - Invoice reconciliation, review, and approval of vendor pay requests. - Visit offices/sites when required to evaluate work under construction, punch lists, and/or issues negatively impacting practice operations. Qualifications - 3+ years’ experience in a comparable role. - Bachelor's degree preferred (not required); High school diploma or equivalent required. - Multi-unit or multi-location facility management experience is preferred (not required). - Ability to read / interpret construction drawings, service level agreements, contracts, material specifications, governing regulations, codes, and technical manuals. - Possess strong attention to detail and the ability to successfully solve complex problems. - Effectively multitask while staying organized. - Critical thinking, ability to organize, prioritize and manage multiple projects with overlapping deadlines. - Capacity to work independently or within a team environment, follow direction, troubleshoot and meet goals and objectives. - Strong communication and negotiating skills. - Must be able to travel periodically (10% travel) to perform site assessments and assess prioritization needs. • Set the analytics strategy: Define and execute a multi-year analytics roadmap aligned with organizational goals, working closely with the CTO and executive leadership. • Lead and grow the team: Manage and mentor the existing analytics and BI team while developing a hiring roadmap to strategically expand capabilities over time. • Drive self-service adoption: Champion a culture of data-driven decision-making by designing and rolling out the Omni-based self-service experience. • Deliver advanced analytics: Introduce predictive models, forecasting, and statistical methods to move the organization beyond descriptive reporting into proactive, prescriptive insights. • Own the metrics layer: Govern and evolve the organization’s metric definitions, ensuring consistency, accuracy, and trust across all reporting surfaces as we transition to the new platform. • Partner with the business: Collaborate with clinical, operations, finance, and HR leadership to identify high-impact analytical opportunities and deliver actionable insights. • Shape the modern BI platform: Work alongside data engineering to define how analytics are built and consumed on Databricks and Omni. • Drive decisions on semantic modeling, report migration strategy, and the overall analytics architecture—ensuring the new platform is not just a lift-and-shift but a genuine step forward in capability. • Manage the migration: Own the analytics side of the platform transition, including prioritizing which reports and dashboards migrate first, managing stakeholder expectations during the cutover, and ensuring zero loss of critical reporting continuity. • Establish analytical rigor: Implement frameworks for experimentation, A/B testing, and measurement that help the organization make confident, evidence-based decisions.
