• Build and nurture relationships with case management, utilization management, operational/clinical/financial leaders across local health systems and post-acute providers. • Attend and represent Aidin at local chapter meetings, regional conferences, networking events, and community gatherings. • Develop a repeatable “market playbook” that includes coffees, drop-ins, small-group dinners, and micro-events. • Identify market intelligence — contract timelines, leadership changes, ecosystem dynamics, and influencers. • Cultivate early champions and influencers who can help open doors to economic buyers. • Collaborate closely with Sales, Growth, and Marketing to prioritize accounts, coordinate outreach, and support deal progression. • Track activity, relationships, and insights using Aidin’s CRM and internal tools.
• Oversee daily Prior Authorizations operations, ensuring queues are managed efficiently and authorizations are submitted accurately and on time • Define and monitor key performance metrics; use data to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities • Own payer onboarding and eligibility demarcation strategies across hospitals and markets • Serve as the primary point of accountability for issue resolution with payers, including portal-based workflows such as Availity • Provide real-time guidance and escalation support for complex authorization challenges • Establish training, onboarding, and ongoing education programs to ensure team readiness as Aidin scales • Design, document, and continuously refine standard operating procedures that scale with the business • Identify opportunities to improve authorization workflows through automation, tooling, and process redesign • Partner with Product to identify, quantify, and prioritize feature enhancements that meaningfully advance the Prior Authorizations business • Contribute to broader Client Operations strategy, ensuring alignment with Aidin’s growth objectives • Work closely with Client Operations leadership, Product, and Customer-facing teams to ensure alignment and clarity • Translate payer and operational complexity into actionable insights for internal stakeholders • Represent the Prior Authorizations function as Aidin expands into new markets and payer relationships
• Own strategic client relationships end-to-end from contract signature through go-live, serving as trusted advisor and primary escalation point for health system directors and VPs • Proactively diagnose implementation challenges and hunt for improvement opportunities: spot patterns across implementations, conduct root cause analysis, interpret data, and distinguish signal from noise to drive systemic improvements • Co-create and evolve our implementation playbook, bringing best practices from your experience while adapting them to healthcare IT realities and our startup context • Coach and develop the implementation team, building their strategic thinking, judgment, and client management capabilities • Coordinate cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Customer Success, and Engineering to ensure seamless handoffs and rapid issue resolution • Establish implementation standards, success metrics, and scalable processes as we grow • Balance competing stakeholder priorities: ensure we deliver on client commitments while managing scope, maintaining standards, and protecting team capacity
• Manage the end-to-end planning and execution of both digital and in-person events • Oversee logistics management, including venue selection and vendor negotiations • Align event goals with sales leadership and marketing team members • Coordinate logistics for internal company gatherings
