Maintenance of Way Equipment Services

• Develop and implement the Group’s legal strategy aligned with global business objectives. • Provide comprehensive legal support to all companies within the Group. • Establish and maintain Group-wide legal frameworks, corporate governance structures, and internal documentation (agreements, employment contracts, NDAs). • Advise the CFO, CEO, and Board on legal risks, opportunities, and implications of strategic decisions. • Ensure compliance with EU financial services law (PSD2, GDPR, AMLD, MiCAR, DORA) and equivalent frameworks in other jurisdictions. • Monitor legislative and regulatory changes globally, advising on operational and strategic impacts. • Offer legal guidance on all commercial transactions and Group-wide business partnerships. • Oversee legal risk management and mitigation strategies across the Group. • Manage external legal service providers across jurisdictions, ensuring high-quality legal support.

• Innovation and improvement: Define payment methods and solutions that meet customer needs in alignment with Marketing and Product Strategy. • Market analysis: Identify and assess payment solution suppliers, including banking partners, payment providers, card schemes, and SEPA scheme participants across the EMEA region. • Vendor management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with payment providers and banking partners across EMEA, including updates of KYC, risk appetites, commercials, and other contractual conditions. • Onboarding: Manage the full lifecycle of onboarding new payment providers and banking partners. • Negotiations: Handle communications with banking partners, including record keeping, exchange of information, and managing authorised access. • Performance metrics: Achieve objectives within the OKR framework and monitor payment performance metrics. • Cross-functional collaboration: Support and collaborate in initial technical integrations and ongoing maintenance with Product and IT teams.

• Develop and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test automation for fintech applications • Conduct functional, regression, integration, and user acceptance testing • Test automation (Kotlin/Cucumber, .NET/Specflow) • Design and develop automated tests for new functionality • Close collaboration within the product team: developers, peer QAs, analysts, product owners, designers, business stakeholders • Report testing status • Release management

• Lead the operational launch of our business in new jurisdictions, ensuring full compliance with local regulations and licensing requirements. • Develop, document, and implement operational frameworks, including banking and payment integrations, KYC/AML processes, risk management, and compliance workflows. • Own and maintain detailed project plans – task lists, timelines, dependencies, risks, and deliverables – with full execution discipline. • Create and maintain full project documentation to ensure governance, compliance, and structured execution when launching new businesses. • Generate management information (MI) and reports to provide clear insights for your direct reporting line and the executive team, ensuring transparency in progress, risks, and key metrics. • Proactively identify areas for improvement in expansion frameworks, operational processes, and performance metrics, driving efficiency and scalability. • Manage key external relationships with regulators, banking partners, PSPs, and service providers to support smooth market entry. • Develop scalable playbooks for launching in new jurisdictions, ensuring efficiency and consistency across expansions. • Drive go-to-market readiness, ensuring internal teams and infrastructure are aligned for full business activation.

• Define and evolve company-wide technology architecture, technology stack, SDLC standards, and key architectural patterns • Oversee and govern major architectural decisions across multiple product teams • Own performance, capacity, and observability strategy across the organization, driving unified approaches and tooling • Lead the Core Platform team responsible for shared services, infrastructure, and developer tooling • Drive adoption of AI in the SDLC, including tools, workflows, and effectiveness measurement • Provide architectural guidance and hands-on technical leadership to selected product streams • Ensure architectural alignment with business objectives and domain-specific requirements
