• Review and approve marketing materials for regulatory compliance (FTC, UDAAP, CAN-SPAM, TCPA, etc.) • Provide general legal guidance on contracts, vendor agreements, and day-to-day business questions • Draft and update internal compliance policies and procedures • Monitor regulatory changes and communicate impact to stakeholders • Conduct compliance risk assessments and report findings to leadership • Develop and deliver compliance training for internal teams

• Maintaining accurate, up-to-date books on a daily basis • Monthly bank, company card, and crypto reconciliations and book keeping • Managing accounts receivable and payable, including proactive invoice follow-ups • Handling quarterly estimated tax payments, year-end filings, and 1099 issuance • Assist in maintaining financial tracking and reporting in notion and google sheets • Keeping financial SOPs and documentation organized in Notion

• Share clear, actionable calls with the community in your area of expertise • Spot early opportunities - low caps, new launches, narrative shifts, yield plays • Call narratives before they run - AI, L2s, memecoin cycles, RWA • Active community presence - participating in chat • Transparent call management - update, close, and own your track record

• Crafting social media content hands-on • Managing the content calendar posting schedule • Coordinating with graphic designers for visuals

• Own part of the video production pipeline from concept to production and final export • Help define the initial strategy and direction to execute on the agreed concepts from scratch

• Be the primary point of contact for clients and vendors • Manage sales and operational tasks • Refine and improve existing Client Retention Strategy

• Actively engage in outreach and top-of-funnel activity • Identify and qualify potential leads through various channels • Initiate conversations and build relationships with stakeholders in Web3
