• Managing construction and refurbishment projects from inception through to completion, ensuring delivery to scope, budget, quality and programme requirements. • Developing project briefs, programmes, budgets, risk registers and delivery plans with key stakeholders. • Coordinating all stages of the project lifecycle, including feasibility, design, procurement, construction, handover and close-out. • Managing project costs, forecasts, purchase orders and financial reporting to ensure strong commercial control. • Leading project meetings, site reviews and progress updates, ensuring actions are completed and risks are effectively managed. • Building strong relationships with operational teams, contractors, consultants and external partners. • Ensuring projects are delivered safely and in compliance with CDM 2015, Building Regulations and company standards. • Minimising disruption to our sites by planning works effectively and maintaining clear communication throughout delivery.
• Embedding Moto's Resolution Framework, helping managers address people issues early, confidently and consistently • Advising on a variety of employee relations cases • Championing Moto's Resolution Framework, helping managers resolve issues early and effectively • Managing a high-volume caseload of ER matters across multiple sites • Advising managers on disciplinaries, grievances, capability, conduct and probation cases • Supporting managers with investigations, hearings and outcome meetings • Promoting informal resolution and early intervention to minimise escalation • Coaching and developing managers to handle people issues confidently and consistently • Reviewing Occupational Health reports and recommending appropriate next steps • Escalating complex or high-risk cases when required • Ensuring compliance with company policy and UK employment law • Delivering training on the Resolution Framework, investigations, attendance and disciplinary processes • Monitoring ER trends and identifying opportunities for improvement • Supporting People compliance checks and governance activities
• Support the administration, coordination and reporting activities that underpin Moto's gaming compliance programme. • Ensure robust governance, accurate reporting and effective compliance processes across our sites. • Support compliance with Gambling Commission Licence Conditions and Codes of Practice (LCCP), including Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Social Responsibility requirements. • Keep up to date with regulatory changes, legislation and industry best practice. • Assist with the rollout and embedding of compliance systems across all Moto locations. • Support the completion and maintenance of policies, risk assessments and compliance documentation. • Monitor compliance performance, reviewing reports and escalating concerns where necessary. • Maintain accurate records of compliance activities, incidents and investigations. • Provide guidance and support to operational colleagues on compliance processes and expectations. • Assist with customer complaints and ensuring fair and transparent outcomes in line with regulatory requirements.
• Work closely with site management teams and Support Centre Helpdesk • Ensure both reactive and planned preventative maintenance is completed efficiently • Manage all maintenance works on site • Completion of PPMs (fire safety, H&S & compliance) • Manage local contractors and oversee their works • Provide desk-based support for all Moto unit-based businesses • Manage escalations between Moto business and service providers
