• Be the first point of contact for new clients • Talk with people who are reaching out for mental health support and help them feel comfortable moving forward. • Guide people through the booking process. This includes answering questions about availability, insurance, and next steps. • Use phone, text, email, and customer management tools to connect with referral patients, follow up consistently, and help keep the scheduling process moving. • Your ability to listen, explain things clearly, build rapport, and thoughtfully overcome objections can make all the difference. • Handle inbound and outbound calls, texts, emails, cancellations, reschedules, and follow-ups while staying organized across multiple systems. • Work with clients by phone, text, and email in a professional and empathetic way. • This role includes booking targets and performance goals. These goals help ensure that prospective patients receive timely follow-up and that people who are interested in care are supported through the process.
Job Requirements
- Bilingual Spanish required
- 1 to 2 years of experience in sales, mental health, call centers, or a customer facing sales role
- Motivated by reaching and exceeding goals
- Sales-minded, but not pushy
- Fast-thinking and adaptable
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Empathetic and comfortable speaking with people who may feel nervous or unsure
- Organized and able to manage multiple systems and conversations at once
- Experience with scheduling or support tools such as Hubspot is helpful
- Familiarity with HIPAA and strong respect for patient privacy
- Ability to work weekends when needed.

Stop working around an identified health or safety problem until resolved. • Perform routine CCTV/CIPP Lining operations on variety of underground pipe infrastructure including sewer, wastewater and storm lines. • Comply with all company safety policies, procedures, equipment guidelines, and Safety Data Sheets (SDS) to help maintain a safe work environment. • Support line cleaning, CIPP liner installation, and the robotic reinstatement of sewer service laterals. • Work closely with the crew on day-to-day site activities, including site setup, installation support, and job site cleanup as directed by the Foreman. • Set up, operate, and maintain CCTV/CIPP equipment to ensure efficient and reliable performance in the field. • Perform hands-on field work outdoors in a variety of weather and temperature conditions. • Uphold company culture and core values by adhering to Michels Canada's Standards and Policies and working with others to promote and preserve our values while conducting your duties to contribute to a positive and professional work environment. • Take on additional tasks as needed to support project success and team objectives.
• Perform any combination of duties on construction projects; maneuvering, navigating, and operating equipment • Use heavy equipment such as skid loaders, front-end loaders, backhoe, excavator and trucks to move materials throughout the job site
