• Build and own the AI domain at Monads — strategy, positioning, and service offering • Identify business cases that can be solved with AI — together with the client • Design AI solutions: from the business problem to the solution concept and implementation planning • Direct collaboration with client stakeholders, IT, and management • AI enablement: empower client teams to integrate AI tools productively into their daily work • Develop workshops, methodologies, and formats for AI-supported ways of working • Implement solutions using AI tools (Claude, Codex) — fast, pragmatic, production-ready • Further develop our AI consulting offering based on project experience

• Advise our clients on the enhancement and integration of existing system landscapes (focused on SAP, but intentionally not limited to it) • Analyze business requirements and translate them into actionable technical concepts (end-to-end) • Contribute to projects from concept and design through implementation to go-live and stabilization • Design and implement integrations and interfaces (APIs, events, middleware, cloud services) and support testing, cutover and hypercare • Support the introduction and optimization of digital processes across multiple systems • Act as a sparring partner for clients, project leads and development teams: prepare technology and architecture decisions on a sound basis and explain them clearly • Prospectively: take on sub-projects or provide technical leadership for a small team (depending on interest and experience)

• Proactive sales and acquisition of new B2B customers in the IT, system integration, and digital solutions space • Identification and outreach to decision-makers at management and IT leadership levels • Development of a standardized, scalable sales process • Designing acquisition initiatives in collaboration with executive management • Implementation and maintenance of a CRM-based sales funnel • Preparing the setup of small sales teams – nationally and, in the future, internationally
