Role Description As a Product Manager at MojoTech, you are at the forefront of AI product strategy, development lifecycle, and client satisfaction. You play a pivotal role, functioning as the primary liaison between our team and stakeholders, ensuring a seamless alignment of business goals and technology solutions. This role is ideal for someone with prior experience in a client-facing Product or Project Management role within a digital services firm, who is comfortable at establishing client relationships, creating roadmaps, and leading programs of work. - Embrace and refine our clients' product, data and AI visions, guiding them towards more precise and impactful directions. - Manage the full AI development lifecycle, collaborating closely with engineers and designers to prioritize, plan, and execute high-quality AI solutions. - Utilize your exceptional communication skills to advocate for realistic and effective solutions to a range of challenges across business, technical, and product domains. We offer a flexible working model, allowing employees to choose between remote work, on-site work in our offices located in Boulder, CO, and Providence, RI, or a hybrid of both, according to their preference. - This job is remote, but requires you to be located in one of the following states: RI, MA, CT, NY, NJ, NC, SC, FL, CO, UT, OR, PA, TN, ME, AZ. - While the role is remote, preference will be given to candidates within commuting distance to our offices in Boulder, CO or Providence, RI. - Aid our clients in defining their product, data and AI strategies by having a strong understanding of industry use cases and domain expertise in data & AI. - Understand the users of our client's products and the user needs through detailed interviews and analysis. - Conduct discovery engagements for clients to identify, research, and mitigate product risks. - Lead data and/or design led engagements, working with a team of talented practitioners, by helping to create prototypes and other user tests required to get external feedback on product decisions. - Innovate and iterate on our software development processes while helping clients understand the value of agile development. - Breakdown higher level client goals and roadmaps into an actionable backlog of well-defined user stories. - Ensure we are shipping working software quickly through careful and deliberate prioritization. - Manage project's day-to-day operations including sprint planning, retrospectives, stand-ups, etc. - Track and report on budget and schedule internally and externally. Qualifications - Data & AI product management experience in delivering solutions and/or use cases that create business value. - Led projects where AWS & Databricks have been part of the solution. - 4+ years of product management experience with B2C or B2B web and mobile apps. - 3+ years of Product or Project Management experience at an IT consulting firm. - Skilled at defining and prioritizing product features. - Strong leadership and communication skills and the capacity to teach others. - Ability to work collaboratively with engineers, designers, and clients and navigate complex decision-making. - Previous success with agile / lean methodology and working with an agile development team. - Excellent organizational and time management skills. - Consulting project experience. - Background in data, engineering or design a plus. • Collaborate with Engineers, Product Managers and clients daily. • Lead and support ideation sessions, workshops, and presentations with clients online and in-person. • Translate user needs and business goals into UX foundations via user interviews, journey maps, workflows, IA, wireframes, prototypes, and testing. • Produce innovative visual designs that are unique and distinct to the client’s brand. • Ensure final design concepts are on-budget and deliver on product strategy goals. • Support Engineers through implementation by providing clear, comprehensive design specifications. • Help set the bar for our core design values and have a voice in improving our design process. • Give and receive design critiques to help constantly refine and push our work. • Participate in early sales conversations to understand client needs, constraints, and goals. • Contribute to design estimates, scoping, and phased approaches in partnership with the internal delivery team. • Support proposal and RFP responses by articulating design strategy, approach, and rationale. • Help identify risks, assumptions, and tradeoffs before work begins.
