• Lead the architectural design, roadmap planning, and governance for Costpoint and its integrations with enterprise systems. • Serve as the highest-level technical authority for Costpoint configurations, data models, security design, workflows, and custom solutions. • Design, build, and maintain integrations between Costpoint and internal/external systems (HRIS, financial systems, procurement tools, data warehouses, etc.). Architect scalable, secure integration frameworks using APIs, middleware, ETL pipelines, and event-driven processes. • Develop SQL and PL/SQL scripts to support reporting, data validation, performance tuning, and system automation. • Serve as the primary liaison with Deltek Support to engineer resolutions, manage escalations, and investigate complex issues. • Troubleshoot integration failures, data discrepancies, and system performance challenges, ensuring effective and timely resolution. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Finance, Payroll, HR, IT, Procurement, Program Control) to gather requirements and deliver scalable, reliable technical solutions aligned with strategic business objectives. • Support system upgrades, patches, enhancements, and related data interface updates. • Maintain strong data integrity across systems through robust testing, documentation, quality controls, and monitoring practices. • Provide technical leadership and best practices for Costpoint integrations, database optimization, system architecture, and change management processes.

• Design, develop, and maintain modern SharePoint Online sites, pages, templates, web parts, and UI components with a focus on high-quality intranet user experiences. • Build custom solutions using SPFx or Add‑in models designed for GCC High environments, ensuring scalable, maintainable, and secure code. • Create consistent, responsive, visually engaging intranet interfaces using modern design standards, JSON formatting, and component-based design patterns. • Develop user-centric components that support personalization, audience targeting, dynamic content delivery, and optimized user journeys. • Collaborate closely with the dedicated SharePoint Administrator to ensure solutions integrate seamlessly into governed environments. • Partner with content owners and business stakeholders to transform requirements into intuitive, development-led SharePoint experiences that enhance discoverability and productivity. • Improve content discoverability through well-structured hubs, navigation, and content organization. • Ensure accessibility, brand consistency, readability, and adherence to enterprise UX standards. • Support administration of SharePoint Online (GCC High), including site collections, permissions, governance, and provisioning. • Optimize Microsoft Search settings including managed properties, synonyms, verticals, and refiners.

In this senior leadership role, you will serve as a trusted advisor to capture and proposal teams, BD leadership, and executives—shaping winning strategies and driving enterprise-wide BD maturity. What You’ll Do As the Business Development Operations Director, you will: Lead Proposal & Capture Excellence • Serve as the corporate SME for bids and proposals, Government solicitations of all types, and proposal evaluation practices. • Act as a senior reviewer across all proposal volumes, providing prioritized recovery recommendations aligned with evaluation criteria and PWin. • Contribute to key proposal sections including executive summaries, risk management, technical volumes, past performance, resumes, and cost volumes. • Guide teams in developing exceptional supporting artifacts, including RFI responses, white papers, win strategies/solutions, and full proposals. Shape Winning Strategies • Support capture leaders in applying MTSI’s capture process, including gate reviews, bid/no-bid decisions, color team reviews (red team, black hat), and price‑to‑win analysis. • Consult on re-competes and new business pursuits to maximize win probability. • Collaborate with BUs and Divisions to craft capture plans, win strategies, and teaming approaches. Elevate BD Operations & Capability • Lead improvements in BD tools, processes, and enterprise capabilities—including data, AI, and automation initiatives. • Manage annual planning and budget inputs for BD resources, tools, and infrastructure. • Facilitate pipeline, metrics, and new business reviews with stakeholders. Develop People & Strengthen the BD Community • Provide training, coaching, and mentoring to BD contributors and leaders at all levels. • Build leadership capacity and depth within BD teams and across the enterprise. • Lead recruiting efforts for BD staff in partnership with Talent Acquisition. • Foster a collaborative, high‑trust team culture and partner with HR on employee matters.
