Job Description

Facility Security Officer

Mobius Logic, Inc.

• Act independently and with discretion in managing the company's security-related matters related to defense contracting • Responsible for standing up and maintaining the FCL for a possessing facility • Ensuring sustained compliance of security documentation for other cleared individuals within the company • Oversee and refine employee procedures and suggest improvements to internal operating activities • Implement and improve employee benefits programs • Guarantee compliance with national and local HR Strategy by conducting investigations and maintaining records • Manage personnel clearance applications, including CAC applications • Interface with government contacts on security matters

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field
  • Minimum of three years in human resources management experience preferred
  • SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP is desired
  • Minimum 2-3 years' experience in a facility security role supporting government contracts or defense contractors
  • Familiarity with processes relevant to maintaining a facility clearance (FCL)
  • Completed relevant STEPP training for a possessing facility
  • Ability to travel (<10%)
  • Active/current security clearance at Secret level or higher
  • In-depth knowledge of NISPOM, DCSA, DISS, NISS, and related federal security standards
  • Thorough knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently
  • Strong work ethic with excellent attention to detail
  • Willingness to learn, and adaptability to understand and create new procedures
  • U.S. Citizenship is required.

SENIOR CONSULTANT - STAFFING SERVICES The Senior Consultant - Staffing Services provides expert platform-specific services leveraging their technical, management, and leadership skills to ensure success and aide their client in meeting their organizational goals.
