What you'll do - Achieve Sales Targets: Execute strategies to meet depletion and profitability goals while adhering to brand pricing standards. - Manage Sales Cycle: Oversee the sales cycle for key accounts, maintaining an updated visit calendar and focusing on account segmentation and local wholesale partnerships. - Distributor Oversight: Collaborate with distributor sales teams to identify and pursue new account opportunities, enhancing distribution and visibility. - Accelerate Brand Growth: Drive brand growth through exceptional visibility, distribution, and display in alignment with brand guidelines. - Market Execution Documentation: Utilize surveys and documentation (notes, photos, etc.) to track in-market execution and ensure KPI fulfillment. - Budget Management: Manage sales promotion budgets in accordance with company policies and brand objectives, ensuring efficient use of resources. - Inventory and Order Management: Coordinate with the Supply team to communicate inventory needs in advance of annual planning and analyze quarterly order cycles and depletion reports to generate timely orders. - New Business Development: Focus on closing new business and expanding market presence through strategic management of accounts and distributor relationships. Qualifications - Experience in a sales management role, preferably within the beverage or consumer goods industry. - Proven ability to manage distributor partnerships and develop new business opportunities. - Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. - Proficiency in budget management and financial analysis. - Experience in analyzing sales data and managing inventory and orders. - Results-oriented with a track record of meeting sales and profitability objectives. - Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. Key Responsibilities Inbound Lead Management and Prospecting - Serve as the primary point of contact for inbound B2B inquiries (emails, calls, and the wholesale form submissions). - Track and manage leads using Asana (with potential transition to Smartsheet/CRM). - Maintain detailed notes and organized follow-up records. - Identify potential customers through networking, inbound inquiries, and lead follow-up. - Assist in distributing wholesale leads to appropriate regional sales reps. - Ensure regional managers mark leads complete once outreach has occurred. - Promptly prepare and submit accurate client records. and Sales Support and Lead Conversion - Arrange meetings (virtual or phone) with potential and existing customers to present company products. - Present pricing tiers and guide customers through the wholesale order form. - Persuade customers to purchase by highlighting product benefits, brand value, and key features. - Help close inbound and warm leads via phone and email follow-up. - Practice structured follow-up with smaller chains and wholesalers to build long-term distributor traction. - Meet or exceed assigned sales and conversion goals. - Obtain deposits and follow up on balances as needed in coordination with B2B Billing. - Use the assigned Zoom phone line for professional outreach. Customer Service & Retention - Build and maintain strong working relationships with new and existing wholesale customers. - Act as a retention specialist to encourage repeat business and long-term partnerships. - Follow up with customers to ensure products meet expectations. - Address customer concerns and resolve complaints promptly and professionally. - De-escalate issues while preserving the relationship and brand integrity. - Identify upsell or reorder opportunities Qualifications - 2+ years of experience in B2B sales support, account management, customer service, or similar role - Strong verbal and written communication skills - Confident phone presence and presentation skills - Ability to persuade and close warm leads - Skilled in de-escalating customer concerns - Organized with strong documentation habits - Experience using CRM or project management systems (Asana, Smartsheet, or similar) - Goal-oriented with the ability to meet or exceed sales targets - Self-motivated and comfortable working independently - Preferably located in the state of Florida, however, open to other locations
What you'll do - Own and maintain the company's quality management system, ensuring it remains current, effective, and aligned with regulatory requirements - Plan and execute internal audits and lead quality investigations from initiation through closure, acting as project owner and/or project manager - Train internal teams and suppliers on quality systems, SOPs, and company processes - Conduct supplier and manufacturing facility management activities, including onboarding audits and ongoing quality oversight - Travel frequently to manufacturing facilities as business needs require, including audits and technical transfers between sites - Oversee raw material receiving, qualification, and release activities - Review and approve Certificates of Analysis, batch records, and all documentation required prior to batch release - Track, investigate, and trend customer complaints related to product quality and quality metrics - Lead product registration activities where required and support regulatory-driven label updates - Ensure accurate documentation, recordkeeping, and data integrity across all quality activities - Communicate effectively with cross-functional stakeholders and follow quality actions through to completion - Develop and maintain Quality dashboards and reporting tools to track key Quality indicators and ensure continuous improvement of the Quality Management System Qualifications - At least 7 years of experience in quality. - At least 3 years of experience auditing companies and managing quality management systems - At least 2 years of hands-on experience with batch record review and batch release - Experience in the CPG industry, nutraceutical experience strongly preferred - Comfortable working in a fast-changing environment with evolving priorities - Enjoys challenging work that requires research to support business decisions - Strong interest in regulatory compliance, including continuously reviewing interstate laws and adapting quickly to labeling or regulatory changes - Detail-oriented professional who enjoys reading, research, and doing things correctly - Clear and effective communicator who works well with cross-functional stakeholders - Team player who takes ownership of tasks and follows them through to completion - Drive the development and maintenance of Quality performance metrics, including defining monthly KPIs for the Quality unit (such as deviations, CAPA, supplier performance, complaints, batch release timelines, and audit outcomes). Lead the monthly Quality metrics review process and present results to leadership, providing clear visibility into Quality performance, trends, risks, and improvement opportunities. - Strong sense of urgency and accountability
