Role Description You’ll support day-to-day operations for Mindbody’s Strategic Accounts team, helping keep client initiatives moving for our largest partners through dependable reporting, clean data, and timely follow-through. - Support client initiatives such as reporting, quality assurance checks, and audits to help Strategic Accounts deliver consistent outcomes. - Partner with Strategic Account Managers (SAMs) to process location adds, cancellations, and transfers, ensuring requests are completed accurately and on time. - Maintain accurate Salesforce records, including account hierarchies, contact details, account classifications, and custom fields. - Monitor details and deadlines across multiple requests at once, keeping stakeholders informed on status and next steps. - Spot operational inefficiencies and escalate issues with clear context, recommended next steps, and supporting data. - Assist with ad-hoc projects and initiatives as assigned by Strategic Accounts leadership. Qualifications - 1+ years of experience in account coordination, revenue operations, or a customer or partner-facing support role. - Strong written and verbal communication skills in English. - Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities at once. - High attention to detail and a consistent approach to data accuracy and follow-through. - Analytical mindset and comfort working with reporting tools, with Salesforce, Claude Cowork, or Excel experience a plus. - A proactive, self-directed working style that translates well to a fast-paced, remote-first environment. The Onboarding Specialist position provides software configuration and onboarding support to Mindbody customers through multiple methods of contact, specifically on camera interactions over video conferencing and email communication. They collect customer requirements during initial kick-off calls and configure the customer site accordingly to help them achieve their goals. This role acts as a liaison between the customer and other Mindbody teams, recommending and helping implement value-added services. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS: • Bachelor’s degree or High School diploma and equivalent experience required. • 1+ years customerservice experience. • Training orteaching experience preferred. • Strong time managementskills with the ability to use time effectively and efficiently. • Ability to read, analyze and solve customer questions. • Ability to clearly write proceduresin response to customer questions. • Ability to effectively present information (verbal and written) and respond to customer questions in one-on-one and group settings. • Practices attentive and active listening. • Knowledgeable in current industry practices, trends, technology, and other information affecting clients’ businesses. • Knowledge of database and internet-based software. • Knowledge of MicrosoftOutlook, Excel, and Word. • Familiar with internet browsers and settings. • Familiar and skilled with online chat tools, and email. PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: • Manages accounts for assigned customers to provide configuration, as well as training and onboarding support consistent with department expectations and procedures in a face-to-face Zoom environment. • Gathers and records customer requirements, then builds customer sites in alignment with their needs and use cases • Identify customer needs and recommends and/or coordinates additional value add services and products. WORK ENVIRONMENT AND TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS: • This role regularly utilizes a computer, including the use of a monitor, mouse and keyboard. • The noise level in the work environment is usually moderately quiet. • The primary channel of communication is over cloud-based video conferencing such as Zoom, where cameras should remain on during customer interactions and meetings. • Requires a significant portion of the day to be on calls speaking with customers in a virtual face-to-face environment. Our goal is to help businesses seamlessly attract new clients, convert them through high-value trials, and turn them into lifelong advocates. We are looking for a Group Product Manager to lead the charge in evolving our current point solutions - messaging automation, AI chatbots, and sales pipeline tools - into a single, unified, world-class CRM. The Role and Responsibilities This is a player-coach position designed for a leader who loves the craft of product management as much as the art of people leadership. You will be responsible for both the high-level strategy of our growth ecosystem and the hands-on execution of our next-generation CRM. Team Leadership (Coach): Lead, inspire, and mentor a team of 3 Product Managers. You will hold a high bar, help them think bigger, push their creative boundaries, and navigate complex product challenges to improve our existing automation and sales tools. Product Execution (Player): Directly lead a dedicated squad to envision, build, and launch a unified CRM. You’ll take three separate solutions and weave them into a seamless experience that drives client retention. GTM Collaboration: Partner closely with Go-To-Market teams to package, price, and position the CRM solution for maximum market impact. • Architect and optimize cloud-native data warehouse solutions that power real-time decisions and long-term strategy • Design and scale dbt models across bronze/silver layers with a focus on data contracts, observability, and semantic consistency • Build and maintain robust ETL/ELT pipelines using tools like Fivetran, Snowpipe, and CDC to support streaming and batch workloads • Lead the design of infrastructure-as-code deployments with Pulumi or Terraform, driving CI/CD maturity and cost-efficient operations • Elevate data quality with comprehensive monitoring, anomaly detection, and validation frameworks • Collaborate across squads to align data contracts, expand shared data marts, and support machine learning enablement • Champion data governance, ensuring privacy and compliance through PII tagging, lineage, and role-based access controls • Drive continuous platform improvement through systematic tech debt remediation and modernization initiatives
