Channel Solutions Associate – Part Time, Contract
Maven Clinic
• Project manage channel initiatives - such as pipeline automation and provider credentialing • Serve as the point of contact for project status updates, open issues, and escalation management • Collaborate across teams (Product, Engineering, Clinical, Sales) to resolve issues and drive seamless client experiences
Job Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in client delivery, operations, project management, or a related field
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills—comfortable interfacing with both internal stakeholders and external clients
- Strong organizational and project management capabilities, with a sharp attention to detail
- A proactive, entrepreneurial spirit—you’re comfortable with ambiguity and energized by problem-solving
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

• Conduct monthly outreach calls to assigned members to monitor well-being and document updates • Assist Care Managers in completing and submitting service authorization requests • Follow up with Primary Care Provider (PCP) offices to obtain required documentation for service requests • Coordinate with service providers to confirm delivery and implementation of authorized services • Support members with Medicaid recertification processes to ensure uninterrupted enrollment and benefits • Assist in scheduling and coordinating home visit assessments as needed • Compile and share relevant member information and reports with other departments to support interdisciplinary collaboration • Maintain accurate and timely documentation in care management systems
• Partner with Sales to ensure all deals are well-structured and aligned with commercial policies. • Manage and process US Channel Purchase Orders (POs). • Execute Channel Stocking Orders for inventory availability. • Serve as a central support hub for the sales-side booking and fulfillment within Salesforce. • Identify and report system bugs or process inefficiencies. • Provide critical support during high-volume periods during EOQ and EOY cycles. • Demonstrate high levels of self-sufficiency and resourcefulness by interpreting complex documentation.
