• Assist with maintenance, development, integrations, and systemic improvements of our websites, ensuring stability, efficiency, and performance • Develop new features • Create and maintain integrations between systems • Perform performance optimizations • Identify technical issues and propose solutions

• Full creation and development of visual assets for the company’s campaigns and communications • Ensure aesthetic quality and strategic alignment with the needs of the involved teams • Develop creative assets for digital campaigns • Adapt materials to optimize performance • Collaborate with paid media to improve ads • Ensure visual consistency across deliverables • Propose visual improvements for campaigns

• Lead retention and reactivation through personalized strategies and behavioral analysis; • Validation and optimization of the sales funnel, ensuring smooth transitions between stages and reducing drop-offs; • Management and maintenance of automated flows using proprietary tools (such as ManyChat, Broadchat), as well as migration of automations between platforms; • Creation and management of strategic pages and profiles for campaigns and new niches; • Performance analysis and contingency planning for pages and Business Managers (BMs), with a focus on maintaining operational stability; • Protecting the company's revenue by ensuring consistency in operations and efficiency of broadcast flows.
