Maslow Media Group (MMG) is seeking a driven Client Growth Executive to grow our workforce management solutions—Staffing, EOR, payroll, and more—by partnering with some of the most innovative companies in the industry. In this role, you will immerse yourself in the world of your prospects, uncover workforce needs, and position Maslow Media Group as their go-to partner. You’ll manage the full sales cycle with precision, cultivate long-term strategic relationships, and collaborate with internal teams to design smart, cost-effective solutions. Must be located in the Central or Eastern time zone. Salary Range: Base Pay $80k - $100k with Commission. What You’ll Do - Drive new business with a hunter mentality—prospecting daily through calls, email, social media, networking, and referrals. - Build a robust understanding of MMG’s workforce management solutions and their value to clients. - Leverage deep knowledge of the Media/Production/Broadcast/Creative/Technology ecosystem, including studio, post-production, and on-location roles. - Analyze prospects’ workforce needs to uncover opportunities and craft compelling capture plans. - Engage key decision-makers and tailor your approach to each audience. - Expand and grow existing accounts while continuously opening new doors. - Partner with Client Services and HR to build tailored solutions, pricing models, implementation plans, and growth strategies. - Lead proposal development—including pricing, win themes, and contract terms. - Stay knowledgeable on workforce compliance topics such as worker classification and co-employment. - Deliver engaging, value-focused presentations to prospects, clients, and industry audiences. - Own your pipeline and forecast in HubSpot and consistently move deals to Close-Won. - Provide weekly activity, progress, and forecast reporting. - Track competitor activity and share market intelligence. - Assess RFP opportunities and lead approved responses. - Maintain and deepen relationships with MMG’s trade organizations and industry partners. - Perform other duties that support the growth and success of the team. Qualifications - 5+ years of customer-facing workforce solutions or Media / Production / Broadcast industry experience. - Outstanding communication—listening, questioning, writing, presenting, and influencing. - Strong business acumen, an independent mindset, and a proven ability to hit or exceed quota. - Expert-level business development, negotiation, and closing skills. - A sense of urgency, follow-through, and commitment to delivering exceptional service. - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment. - Strong multitasking and deadline management skills. - Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite. - Experience drafting and managing contracts and sales documents. - Willingness to travel as needed. Preferred - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Role Description Turn Complex News into Visual Stories That Move Audiences. We’re seeking a Visual Journalist / Editor who doesn’t just report the story—you visualize it. This is a role for someone who can take complex reporting, datasets, and investigations and transform them into compelling, high-impact visual narratives that inform, engage, and resonate. If you think in charts, see stories in data, and thrive in a fast-paced newsroom environment—this is your opportunity to shape how audiences understand the world. What You’ll Do - Identify where visual storytelling can elevate or drive editorial coverage. - Transform complex reporting, investigations, and datasets into: - Infographics, charts, and diagrams - Maps and location-based storytelling - Motion graphics and video content - Interactive digital features - Analyze datasets and convert them into clear, accurate, editorial visuals. - Write scripts for video and multimedia storytelling. - Collaborate cross-functionally with: - Reporters, editors, and producers - Designers, illustrators, and developers - Ensure accuracy, integrity, and editorial alignment in all visual content. - Work under tight deadlines without sacrificing quality or clarity. Qualifications - 3+ years of experience in visual journalism, editorial graphics, or data storytelling. - Strong editorial judgment and news instincts. - Proven ability to simplify complex information visually. - Hands-on experience with data visualization tools such as: - Flourish - Datawrapper - Infogram (or similar) - Ability to thrive in a deadline-driven newsroom environment. - Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to accuracy. - Strong communication and collaboration skills. - Awareness of current events, U.S. culture, and global news cycles. Requirements - Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere/Final Cut). - Motion graphics or animation experience. - Basic coding skills (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) for interactive storytelling. - Experience with mapping tools (Mapbox, GIS, QGIS). - Background working in a newsroom or media organization.
