Title: Sr. Marketing Manager (Public Sector) Location: Reston, Virginia *Hybrid role (3-4 days onsite) Must reside in Reston, VA area About the Role We are seeking a Senior Marketing Manager for the Public Sector to help drive awareness and demand for innovative cloud security solutions within the public sector market. This role focuses on developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives that support secure, scalable, and compliant cloud technologies for government and regulated organizations. The ideal candidate will partner closely with field marketing, sales, customer engineering, and cross-functional marketing teams to execute integrated campaigns, elevate market presence, and generate measurable business impact. Key Responsibilities - Integrated Field Marketing Strategy - Develop and execute integrated go-to-market programs in partnership with Field Marketing to drive pipeline growth, customer engagement, and measurable business outcomes. - Cross-Functional Collaboration - Serve as a strategic marketing partner to sales, customer engineering, digital marketing, content, and partner teams to align objectives and deliver high-impact initiatives. - AI & Data-Driven Marketing - Utilize AI tools and analytics to optimize campaigns, measure performance, and improve audience engagement across the customer journey. - Event & Program Management - Manage marketing budgets and lead event strategies across company-hosted and industry events, including large-scale conferences, executive engagements, and customer experiences. - Messaging & Market Positioning - Develop compelling messaging and differentiated value propositions related to cloud security, identity and access management (IAM), and network security solutions. - Customer Advocacy - Build strong customer relationships within the public sector and support the development of customer success stories, case studies, and reference programs. - Stakeholder Alignment - Collaborate with leadership and cross-functional teams to gain alignment and support for marketing strategies, initiatives, and investment priorities. - Account-Based Marketing (ABM) - Lead public sector ABM initiatives, including campaign development, audience segmentation, and performance measurement throughout the marketing funnel. *English & Portuguese Fluency Required *Time Zone Requirement: Local time zone, ability to support Brazil and Portugal time zones The Role: Partner Marketing Manager (Android) As an Android Partner Marketing Manager, you will work with Android Enterprise OEMs,, carriers, and technology partners to develop and execute marketing campaign strategies that drive adoption of Android in the commercial segment. You’ll have a strong understanding of commercial mobility business models and serve as a brand champion, supporting planning, management, and execution of co-marketing initiatives with key partners. This is an external-facing role; therefore, you must have strong interpersonal, communication, organizational, and presentation skills, along with decisiveness and a team-oriented mindset. Marvel Marketers is searching for an HR Generalist to execute on strategic initiatives and HR needs of a global remote organization while partnering with our Director of HR. . As a point of contact for HR matters, you will have a direct impact on maintaining corporate culture. This position requires relationship building and partnering with the management team, sound judgment in all HR related issues and the ability to proactively improve HR functions and processes in line with overall company strategy.
