The Alameda County CA Santa Rita Jail (located in Dublin, CA) is a medium-security detention center operated locally by the Alameda County Sheriff's Office and holds inmates awaiting trial or sentencing or both. Most of the sentenced inmates are held there for less than two years. The Santa Rita Jail holds about 4000 inmates housed in one of eighteen modern housing units. It is considered a “mega-jail” and ranks as the third largest facility in California and the fifth in the nation. It is recognized as one of the most technologically innovative jails in the world. Telecare Corporation, the Alameda County Behavioral Health system, and the Santa Rita Jail have formed a unique partnership. Leveraging Telecare’s behavioral health expertise, an interdisciplinary team of nurses, clinicians, and prescribers will provide overnight services, including behavioral health screenings, assessments and evaluations, crisis services, and response to urgent and emergent referrals.

Role Description The Senior Financial Analyst is primarily responsible for the development of annual Telecare operational budgets and the research and investigation of budget issues. The Senior Financial Analyst must be an independent individual contributor who can understand key business drivers and develop financial models and analysis that can lead to insightful, accurate, and timely business decision-making at the program and regional level. This position requires working closely with multiple business partners including the program and regional operating personnel, corporate leaders, executives, and external customers. The incumbent must be able to communicate clearly and translate financial data into value-added business information to enable the business to better identify growth opportunities, address gaps, and manage risks. Shifts Available: - Full-Time | DAYS | Shifts: 8:00 AM - 5:30 PM | Days: Monday - Friday Expected starting wage range is $88,090.33 - $99,000. Telecare applies geographic differentials to its pay ranges. The pay range assigned to this role will be based on the geographic location from which the role is performed. Starting pay is commensurate with relevant experience above the minimum requirements. Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, accounting, or economics - Four (4) years of experience in budgeting, variance analysis, and planning for a multi-facility organization - A strong foundation in accounting and budgeting concepts - Demonstrated ability to work independently - Demonstrated ability to synthesize information from disparate sources and deliver comprehensive and concise analysis Requirements - All opportunities at Telecare are contingent upon successful completion and receipt of acceptable results of the applicable post-offer physical examination, 2-step PPD test for tuberculosis, acceptable criminal background clearances, excluded party sanctions, and degree or license verification. - If the position requires driving, valid driver’s license, a motor vehicle clearance, and proof of auto insurance is required at time of employment and must be maintained throughout employment. - Additional regulatory, contractual, or local requirements may apply.
