• Prioritize initiatives across new features, client needs, and system reliability • Identify patterns in support tickets and product usage to surface high-impact improvements • Capture feedback from Sales and Customer Success and translate them into roadmap priorities • Manage the product backlog and planning boards so engineering time stays focused on the highest-impact work • Write clear product specifications, epics, and tickets for new features • Define acceptance criteria and surface key product decisions so developers can execute efficiently • Work with engineering to break down larger initiatives into MVP releases and iterative improvements • Coordinate feature launches with Customer Success and Marketing, including documentation and client communication • Lead QA for new features and bug fixes to ensure releases work as intended and avoid unintended downstream impacts • Improve and organize help documentation and product education resources
