• Conduct routine chart audits to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance • Identify documentation gaps and support quality improvement efforts • Provide feedback on clinical notes and support documentation standardization • Manage day-to-day compliance inquiries and follow-ups with office teams • Track key compliance processes (e.g., waterline testing, spore testing, audit logs) • Maintain audit trackers and monitor trends across practices • Partner with Clinical Support, Operations, and RCM to resolve issues and ensure alignment
• In person recruiting through tours and site visits for our prospective dentist showing our offices, and surrounding areas • Manages recruits visit, schedule and travel arrangements • Manages and sustains relationships with members of provider networks • Recruits new providers and manages the relationship • Be a dedicated resource for providers seeking partnership with Lumio Dental • Present and negotiate provider contracts • Works closely with the Onboarding and Credentialing teams • Assist with doctor renewals • Works directly with Regional Managers, Office Managers, Partner Doctors and Clinical Directors to schedule office visits • Works closely with Sr. Manager of University Partnerships for events i.e. lunch and learns, dinner and learns, vendor and career fairs
The RCM Coordinator operates under the guidance of the RCM Manager. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional attention to detail, uphold the highest standards of customer service, demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills, and have proficiency and revenue cycle management. Job Specific Expectations: Claims Processing: accurately review and give claims to payers in a timely manner, ensuring adherence to payer guidelines and minimize denials. Denial Management: identify, track, and address claim denials by working closely with the RCM Manager to resolve issues and resubmit claims as needed. Payment posting and reconciliation: Assist in the accurate posting of payments in reconciliation of accounts, ensuring that all payments are allocated correctly, and any discrepancies are resolved. Patient account management: Handle patient billing inquiries and resolve issues related to patient balances by partnering with the office coordinators, identifying accurate payment posting and other account discrepancies, while maintaining an elevated level of customer service. Compliance and regulatory adherence: Stay informed of and comply with relevant federal state and payer specific regulations to ensure revenue cycle processes meet all compliance standards. Coordination with other departments: Collaborate with clinical front office and billing team to ensure accurate coding, billing, and account management as well as timely follow up on outstanding claims. Training and development: Participate in ongoing training to remain current with changes in payer policies, coding practices, and revenue cycle management trends. Process Improvement: Continuously identify areas of process improvement and collaborate with the RCM Manager to implement changes that enhance efficiency and revenue capture. Documentation and record keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of claims payment denials and appeals for auditing and compliance purposes: Position Requirements: ● High school diploma or GED needed. An associate or bachelor’s degree in health administration, business or related field is preferred. ● 1-2 years Revenue cycle management, medical billing, or health care administration. Experience with claims submission denial management, and payment posting is required. ● Proficient with Microsoft Excel and General, EHR, the insurance processes, dental claim forms pay regulations basic understanding of dental terminology. ● Diligence to detail, highly organized, and efficient. ● Effective communication skills ● Must have adequate vision to work with computer and patient information. Role Description As a Specialty Recruiting Manager, you will be a part of Lumio Dental's Recruiting Team. You will be responsible for leading strategic recruiting efforts to attract and hire high-quality Pediatric Dentists & Orthodontists across Lumio Dental’s offices. This role manages the full recruiting lifecycle while developing strong pipelines through residency programs, industry networks, and professional relationships. This position is highly relationship-driven and requires frequent travel to dental schools, residency programs, conferences, and practice locations to build relationships with specialty providers. The ideal candidate will be skilled in candidate engagement, contract negotiation, and creating meaningful recruiting experiences that showcase Lumio Dental’s culture and opportunities. This role requires approximately 40% travel. - Develop and execute recruiting strategies to attract Pediatric Dentists & Orthodontists for Lumio Dental practices nationwide. - Build and maintain strong pipelines of specialty providers through proactive sourcing, networking, and industry engagement. - Manage the entire recruiting lifecycle including sourcing, outreach, screening, interviewing, and offer management. - Coordinate and host practice site visits for prospective specialists to experience Lumio Dental practices and meet leadership teams. - Organize and host Lunch & Learn and Dinner & Learn events with residents and practicing specialists to introduce Lumio Dental opportunities and build long-term relationships. - Develop ongoing engagement strategies to nurture relationships with passive candidates and future graduates. - Provide insight on specialty recruiting trends, candidate expectations, and competitive compensation structures. - Maintain a robust pipeline of Pediatric Dentists and Orthodontists through consistent outreach and relationship management. - Track recruiting activity and maintain candidate information within recruiting systems and databases.
