• Manage and update the company’s website design • Create visual contents to attract visitors to our social media platforms and website • Critically evaluate, discuss new and creative ideas of promoting the organisation • Develop the overall layout and production design for the company’s newsletters and marketing materials • Attend and take part in general and department meetings

• Responsible for the look of our website and the technical aspects, such as its performance and capacity • Write well designed, testable, efficient code by using best software development practices • Gathering and refining specifications and requirements based on technical needs • Creating and maintaining software documentation • Maintaining, expanding and scaling the website • Manage the company’s website speed and how much traffic the site can handle • Provide technical support related to web-based systems • Keep up to date into emerging technologies/industry trends and apply them into operations and activities • Collaborates with the web design team to match the intent of the visual design • Attend and take part in general and department meetings

• Candidate Screening and Reviewing • Sourcing Candidates • Communicating with Candidates • Assessing and providing feedback on potential candidate assessment tasks • Schedule and conduct Interviews • Checking HR email and correspond accordingly • Onboarding and Offboarding matters • Setting up an interview between potential candidates and Team leaders • Formulating and/or updating Job descriptions • Develop and/or update the Interview questions • Posting and update Job Adverts • Tracking Job Applicants • Attend and take part in general and department meetings

• Develop content about the business concept and projects • Produce content that is smart in its use of keywords • Produce content to entice and engage visitors, so they continue browsing the company’s website • Create content that allows the company’s site visitors to get the information they want quickly and efficiently • Create unique, helpful, and compelling content on a topic primarily for the readers • Conduct research on entrepreneurship, business administration, marketing, digitalisation, business innovations, networking, workplace behaviours and attitude using, for example, Google Scholar, ResearchGate and any freely accessible academic library • Source and review scholarly articles to create content, citing and referencing with the APA style • Weekly produce one essay of 300-500 words for the company’s web page • Proofreading and grammar check of articles using Grammarly • Post articles on the web page (WordPress) • Create content marketing campaigns with team members • Generate monthly newsletter; content calendar, report results, and boost the image of the company • Edit content produced by other team members • Collaborate with other departments to create innovative content • Critically evaluate and elaborate new and creative ideas to promote the organisation • Attend and take part in general and department meetings
