• Act as the primary technical partner for top logos, orchestrating onboarding and technical enablement. • Develop, execute, and iterate on tailored customer strategies to maximize ROI. • Foster deep relationships with key technical stakeholders and guide them through implementations. • Champion and execute hands-on Proof of Concepts (POCs) for new features and spot expansion opportunities. • Ensure a world-class onboarding journey and eliminate early friction for long-term operational success. • Monitor usage analytics and adoption patterns and execute strategies to course-correct if needed. • Create premium, self-service resources, and build automated onboarding workflows.

• Own customer issues from initial response through resolution, escalating when needed with clear documentation. • Troubleshoot platform and data ingestion issues across cloud and Kubernetes environments. • Support integrations including Filebeat, Fluentd, Fluent Bit, OpenTelemetry, AWS, and Azure services. • Help customers adopt and use Logz.io AI-powered features. • Provide timely, empathetic, and professional customer communication. • Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success to improve customer experience. • Contribute to internal knowledge bases and documentation.

• Maintain & Improve: Contribute to the stability and performance of our **OpenSearch** and **Thanos** infrastructure. • Build Scalable Services: Develop and refine backend services (primarily in **Kotlin**) designed for high-performance data handling. • Cloud Operations: Deploy, monitor, and scale services within our **AWS** ecosystem (EKS, EC2). • Reliability: Participate in an on-call rotation, helping to troubleshoot and resolve production issues to ensure system uptime. • Collaborate: Work closely with senior engineers and cross-functional teams to implement best practices and ship new features. Strong English communication is a must.

• Own and deliver complex features end-to-end across frontend and backend, from design through production • Drive architectural decisions in a large-scale TypeScript monorepo with 20+ services, shared packages, and a custom UI component library • Build rich, interactive interfaces with React, TanStack ecosystem (Router, Query, Table), and a design system built on modern CSS-in-JS • Design and implement backend services and BFF APIs using Node.js and Express • Work with real-time data systems: OpenSearch queries, WebSocket streams, Server-Sent Events, and large-scale log/metric pipelines • Optimize performance across the stack: bundle sizes, render cycles, query efficiency, and service response times • Leverage AI-powered development tools to accelerate your workflow and help shape how the team adopts them • Collaborate cross-functionally with product managers, designers, platform engineers, and data teams to shape the product direction • Participate in code reviews and uphold engineering quality standards across the codebase

• Lead and grow a team of full-stack engineers working across application and backend services • Manage a distributed team environment with both remote and in-office engineers • Own the technical direction of the product application and its supporting services • Stay hands-on by designing and reviewing production code across the stack • Guide the team in delivering complex features end-to-end • Work closely with product managers, designers, and platform teams to drive product development • Improve engineering practices, development workflows, and code quality. • Help the team navigate a rich microservice ecosystem • Ensure the team delivers reliable, scalable systems used by engineering teams worldwide
