• This is a hands-on testing position which requires deep knowledge and understanding of all aspects of planning, developing and executing Front-end as well as Back-end Quality • Ensure a successful data conversion and implementation of CRM system, which includes CRM Integration Testing, Data Quality and Integrity testing, Usability (Functional and Performance) Testing etc. Be an advocate for Quality in their scrum team while driving and implementing best practices • Must poses strong analytical and critical thinking abilities • Must be motivated and self-driven • Responsible for planning and executing manual and automated testing activities on new and existing products to ensure that they meet the Business, Functional and Technical specifications and maintain high overall product quality • Interface with Product Owners, Business Analysts, Software Developers, End Users and Scrum Masters to deliver products with quality and on schedule • Review business requirements, functional specifications, use cases, design, and architecture documents in order to create effective, value-add test plans • Test and monitor the full ETL pipeline from source systems to CRM system to ensure integrity and accuracy of data has been maintained • Identify issues in data, application configurations and screen designs, report and oversee issue resolution • Become an expert in business rules, system functionality and CRM process and architecture • Develop and maintain best-in-class regression automation test suite • Independently develop, modify, and execute test plans based on requirements and design documents • Provide estimates and timeframe necessary for testing a project to ensure a high-quality implementation • Provide concise and consistent status reporting • Collaborate with external teams on root cause analysis, identify, track and report defects • Maintain close interaction with business and technical peers during the project life cycle • Ensuring proper traceability from requirements to test artifacts • Actively participate in requirements and code reviews, drive improvements in scrum delivery • Stay ahead of emerging technologies and testing approaches • Assist leadership with defining and improving the overall QA and SDLC process

• Develops and unit tests customizations and enhancements based on requirements provided. • Documents technical requirements. • Assists with production support by providing problem analysis and resolution should issues arise. • Develop an understanding of clients’ businesses to make sound recommendations when responding to requests. • Automate process via shell scripting, process automation, etc. • Provides subject matter expertise to user base regarding processing. • Evaluates customer requirements to estimate development effort on tasks/projects. • Performs other duties as assigned. • Create design and technical specifications that meets the client’s requirements and approval. • Provide mentorship and training to other members of the team.

• Partner with clients and internal teams to analyze, define, and refine business and product requirements. • Lead and manage agile software delivery efforts across multiple projects and stakeholders. • Configure, maintain, and optimize Azure DevOps Boards (or similar agile tooling) to support backlog management, planning, and reporting. • Guide teams in applying agile principles and practices (Scrum, Kanban, or hybrid approaches), focusing on continuous improvement and value delivery rather than rigid process adherence. • Facilitate agile ceremonies as appropriate (e.g., planning, stand-ups, reviews, retrospectives), tailoring approaches to team and client needs. • Provide delivery leadership and coaching to help teams adopt and mature agile ways of working. • Serve as a trusted client-facing partner, communicating progress, risks, dependencies, and expectations clearly and proactively. • Prepare and deliver regular status updates and metrics for clients and internal stakeholders. • Identify delivery risks and roadblocks early, working collaboratively to resolve them. • Educate and support clients on agile delivery concepts, tools, and best practices.

• Work extensively within Microsoft Power Platform, including designing low-code applications using Power Apps, automating processes with Power Automate, and integrating data sources • Design, develop and modify Microsoft Dynamics CRM components, .NET and JavaScript components related to it • Perform Code Reviews and Release preparation activities • Deploy Dynamics 365 customizations and related component changes to various environments like UAT and Production • Develop and customize CRM solutions, including creating and modifying entities, forms, workflows, business process flows, plugins, and dashboards • Follow Agile processes, support and assist management of the project development team • Work in a team environment using a structured development process and deliver applications on time and within budget • Take ownership of technical issues and track towards prompt closure, including working hand in hand with Quality Assurance, Project Management and/or Sr. Developers • Regularly communicate project progress, issues, and risks in applicable team meetings directly with the Client and product owners
