Role Description Liberty Solutions has a client in need of a CDI Coding Analyst. This resource will serve as a CDI coder on the client's internal team, supporting clinical documentation integrity efforts and ensuring accurate, complete, and compliant documentation that reflects patient severity, risk, and quality of care. The initial contract is 3-6 months and then will convert to a permanent FTE role. Resources must have active CCS and CCDS credentials from AHIMA or AAPC and cannot be located in California, New York, Colorado, or Washington. Qualifications - 4+ years of experience serving as a CDI coder - Strong knowledge of DRG payor methodologies, including MS-DRG and APR-DRG - Proficiency with ICD-10-CM and ICD-10-PCS coding guidelines and conventions - Working knowledge of PSIs, HACs, HCCs, and Medicare IPPS - Demonstrated experience writing compliant coding queries - Experience bridging CDI and coding functions, including DRG reconciliation - Prior experience working with Cerner clients required - Clinical background preferred (RN, LPN, or other clinical licensure) Requirements - Candidates must hold the following active credentials from AHIMA or AAPC (CCS and CCDS); multiple certifications are strongly preferred - Certification Requirements: - CCS (Certified Coding Specialist) - CCDS (Certified Clinical Documentation Specialist) - Candidates with the following certifications (in addition to the above) would be a big plus: - RHIA (Registered Health Information Administrator) - RHIT (Registered Health Information Technician) - CIC (Certified Inpatient Coder) - CDIP (Certified Documentation Integrity Practitioner) - CCDS-O (Certified Clinical Documentation Specialist – Outpatient) - All credentials must be current and in good standing. Role Description Liberty Solutions has a client who is in need of a Senior Level Cerner Rules resource with extensive Revenue Cycle and Registration Rules build experience to train their internal team and help with best practices for maintenance. This would be for beginner to intermediate level folks. This will also be fully remote and done on an ad hoc, as-needed basis. - Deliver foundational and advanced training on Oracle/Cerner Revenue Cycle Rules Maintenance (not Conversation Builder). - Provide hands-on, activity-based education for analysts with back-to-basics focus. - Develop best practices for rule organization, naming conventions, and maintenance/governance. - Assess existing rules for overlaps/duplication and advise on optimization/combination opportunities. - Optionally include CCL education for senior staff/lead (queries, joins, concepts) to understand and troubleshoot CCL-backed rules. - Incorporate client's current non-production rule set into tailored training materials. - Potentially solve one or more current unresolved rules issues as part of advanced training. Role Description Client is seeking a senior-level Microsoft 365 / Teams consultant to perform a current-state assessment of their Microsoft environment. The organization recently rolled out Teams across the enterprise and is looking for guidance around security, governance, permissions, identity/access management, and overall best practices. This engagement may evolve into training, governance recommendations, and ongoing optimization support depending on findings from the assessment.
